通过实验对20CrMnTi材料的高压扭转成形过程进行了研究,重点考察了试样的端面的组织分布和硬度的变化,分析了外界压力、扭转圈数2个重要的工艺参数对20CrMnTi材料组织和硬度的影响。实验结果表明:高压扭转能够有效地细化晶粒,改善材料组织,且随着外界压力的增大、扭转圈数的增多,晶粒细化越明显,显微硬度提高越显著。  相似文献

研究了电磁连铸AZ31镁合金沿A路径经常规等径角挤压(ECAE)和两步ECAE变形后的微观组织与力学性能.结果表明:与预挤压态相比,常规ECAE态合金随着挤压道次的增加,晶粒不断细化,伸长率不断提高,但屈服强度与抗拉强度逐渐降低;两步ECAE可以使晶粒进一步细化,伸长率、屈服强度与抗拉强度均提高.伸长率、屈服强度与抗拉...  相似文献

为研究大塑性变形对金属基复合材料微观组织和力学性能的影响,利用高压扭转工艺(HPT)在200℃下将纯Al粉末和经氧化处理的SiC粉末混合固结成10wt%SiC_P/Al复合材料。采用TEM观察HPT变形后不同圈数试样的SiC-Al界面及Al基体微观组织,采用EDS能谱仪分析界面处原子扩散现象,采用万能拉伸试验机测试研究不同扭转圈数试样的力学性能。结果表明:不同圈数试样Al基体内出现大量位错、非平衡晶界等晶格缺陷;组织内存在两种SiC-Al界面,含SiO_2层的原始界面和因颗粒破碎而新生成的界面。两种界面结合良好,界面处元素相互扩散;随着扭转圈数的增加,10wt%SiC_P/Al复合材料抗拉强度增加,延伸率得到较大提高。分析发现高压扭转后不同圈数组织内产生的大量晶格缺陷和细小晶粒,促进界面处元素的相互扩散,使界面结合良好,同时大量晶格缺陷和细小晶粒的产生以及结合良好的SiC-Al界面是SiC_P/Al复合材料力学性能大幅提升的主要原因。  相似文献

目的研究压力和成形温度对材料强度及塑性的影响。方法将按照合金配方调配好的铜铝混合粉末,置于限制型高压扭转模具型腔中,进行大塑性变形,采用金相显微镜分析了压力和扭转圈数对所制备的试样显微组织的影响,并对制备试样进行了室温拉伸力学性能测试。结果提高压力和成形温度,即使扭转圈数较少也可以获得细化均匀的显微组织,可以获得拉伸断裂强度较大的材料;材料断裂机理为混合断裂。结论高压扭转法可以制备抗拉强度较大的铜基合金试样。  相似文献

高压扭转致纯铜晶粒细化及与应变的关系   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
设计并加工了在材料试验机上使用的高压扭转夹持装置,并用装置获得了不同扭转变形量的纯铜试样.使用电子背散射衍射技术测量了处理后试样晶粒尺寸沿径向的分布.对比分析了晶粒细化程度和应变量的关系,提出了一个描述晶粒细化的简单剪切球模型.结果表明,晶粒细化程度随着应变量的增大而增强,平均晶粒尺寸为原始平均尺寸的1/50.当剪切应变小于10时,晶粒尺寸随着剪切应变的增大迅速变小;当剪切应变大于10时,晶粒尺寸的变化趋于缓慢,晶粒细化程度与Stuwe等效应变之间有幂函数关系.依据简单剪切球形晶粒的模型,得到了晶粒细化程度随剪切应变增大而增强的规律,并与实验数据的变化趋势一致.  相似文献

目的研究行星轧制变形程度对TP2铜管材在轧制和联拉时的组织和性能的影响。方法采用金相显微分析和拉伸实验,研究行星轧制变形程度对TP2铜管铸坯轧拉态以及拉拔态组织及性能的影响规律。结果经连续铸造的TP2铸坯为柱状晶,且由外向内成长。经行星轧制、联拉后的管材晶粒纤维流线,其晶粒显著拉长,随着轧制变形程度的增加,流线减弱,晶粒更加细化。轧制变形程度为93%与90%的轧管屈服强度、抗拉强度分别降低了22.83%和7.59%,伸长率提升了4.44%,塑性变形能力增加。结论随着轧制变形程度的增加,联拉管抗拉强度略有提高,而伸长率得到了保持。  相似文献

通过轧制-热处理工艺能够使D6A钢的强度显著提高。为了探究其强韧化机理,本实验采用热轧及两相区温轧退火工艺,获得微米级D6A合金钢样品,微观组织为铁素体基体及粒状渗碳体。通过室温拉伸实验、SEM、X射线衍射、EBSD等手段对实验钢的显微组织和力学性能进行表征,结果表明:随着变形量的增加,晶粒尺寸由4.5μm细化为1.5μm,渗碳体的含量逐渐增加,小角度晶界的比例升高,屈服强度和抗拉强度不断增加,伸长率略有降低,说明轧制过程使亚晶粒的尺寸不断降低,晶界面积增加,位错滑移受到的阻力增大。同时,本研究对不同轧制变形量实验钢的位错密度进行计算,当轧制变形量为88%时,位错密度最高,此时加工硬化的程度最高。随着变形量的增加,第二相强化和晶粒细化引起的强度增量呈不断上升的趋势,位错强化引起的强度增量先升高后降低,D6A钢的主要强化方式为第二相强化、细晶强化及位错强化。  相似文献

对面心立方(FCC)结构的Al_(0.3)CoCrFeNi高熵合金进行不同应变量的高压扭转实验,利用维氏硬度仪、电子背散射衍射、X射线衍射仪以及透射电镜系统分析变形引起的组织结构演变。结果表明:高压扭转过程中合金晶体结构并未发生改变,仍然保持为FCC结构,但引发其晶粒纳米化,平均晶粒尺寸达到30nm。晶粒细化主要是通过孪晶(包含初次孪晶与二次孪晶)、去孪晶(包含初次去孪晶与二次去孪晶)以及孪晶界分割晶粒的过程实现。孪晶和随后去孪晶的竞争作用导致孪晶宽度先减小后增大,初次孪晶和二次孪晶的最小宽度分别为2.7nm和0.9nm。  相似文献

通过在690℃高温回火后对15SiMn2Mo低碳贝氏体钢进行10%拉伸变形或不同变形量压缩变形,再进行不同温度回火,研究了冷变形(拉伸和压缩)和变形后不同温度回火对试验材料的组织和性能的影响。结果显示,随着回火温度增加,试验柯料的抗拉强度增加,300℃回火强度达到最大值,与热轧低温回火强度相当。超过300℃回火材料的强度下降,伸长率和断面收缩率增加。随着压缩变形量的提高,材料的硬度值升高,加工硬化效果显著,组织中出现铁素体形变带。压缩变形后随着回火温度的提高,材料组织发生回复与再结晶,形成细小等轴晶粒,组织细化,压缩变形量增加,细化效果增加。  相似文献

采用OM和EDS研究不同扭转圈数下高压扭转法制备SiC_P/Al复合材料的显微组织和界面扩散行为,并结合组织特点和界面特征分析扭转圈数对复合材料拉伸性能和断裂机理的影响。结果表明:扭转圈数的增加可以有效提高SiC颗粒分布的均匀性,闭合孔隙,界面处Al元素扩散能力增强,扩散距离增大,Al扩散系数实际计算值较理论值增大了10~(17)倍,形成以元素扩散和界面反应为主的强界面结合,试样抗拉强度和伸长率不断提高,少量的SiC颗粒均匀分布在断口韧窝中,断裂主要以基体的韧性断裂为主;当扭转圈数较大时,SiC颗粒在剧烈剪切作用下破碎加剧,颗粒"再生团聚"导致孔隙率增大,潜在裂纹源增多,形成大量结合强度较低的断裂新生界面,试样抗拉强度和伸长率显著降低,在团聚位置易形成尺寸较大的深坑韧窝,复合材料断裂呈现韧性断裂与脆性断裂的混合模式。  相似文献

A four-ball tester was used to evaluate the anti-wear performance of three kinds of organomolybdemun compounds in the engine oils, i. e., molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate (MoDDP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate ( MoDTC), and sulphur and phosphorus freeorganomolybdeum (Molybdate). The results indicate that a low concentration of MoDDP doesn' t improve the anti-wear properties of the commercial engine oils, but a high concentration of MoDDP can obviously improve the anti-wear properties and the load-carrying capacity of the engine oils. MoDTC doesn' t improve the antiwear properties of the engine oils, but worsens the anti-wear properties of the oils. Signifi can timprove ment of frictional and wear characteristics is obtained with Molybdate added in the commercial engine oils and the formulated oils.  相似文献

Zusammenfassung Bei der Gestaltung von Ernteprozessen — beispielsweise des Prozesses Mähdrusch, Körnertransport und -abnahme — als transportverbundene Fließarbeitsverfahren mit mindestens zwei verschiedenen Arbeitsmitteln gibt es einen großen Optimierungsspielraum. Solche Prozesse sind mehrstufige Bedienungsprozesse mit gemischter Anordnung der Bedienungseinrichtungen. Außerdem besitzen sie stark ausgeprägte räumliche Aspekte. Es wird vor allem gezeigt, welche Merkmale solcher Prozesse in Simulationsmodellen abgebildet sein müssen, welche Zielgrößen in Abhängigkeit von welchen Einflußgrößen unter Berücksichtigung welcher Prozeßbedingungen ermittelt werden sollten und wie der Bewertungsprozeß zur Ermittlung der gewünschten Informationen gestaltet werden muß.  相似文献

Surface characterization and microstructure studies are performed on chemical vapor deposited (CVD) tungsten coating. There is about 2 μm thickness diffusion layer of tungsten in the molybdenum substrate. The thermal shock test shows tungsten coating has good adhesion with molybdenum substrate, but the elements of oxygen and carbon in the tungsten coating have the bad affection to the adhesion. The result of high-temperature diffusion experiment is the diffusion rate from molybdenum substrate to tungsten coating is faster.  相似文献

We studied a combined effect of the cryoprotectants both of lipid and carbohydrate origin at the presence of DMSO or without it on cell viability and the RNA synthesis in the embryonic mollusc and echinoderm cell cultures obtained at different developmental stages. Cryoprotective properties of exogenous lipids correlated with their thermotropic behavior. Lipid extracts from marine hydrobiontes, which thermal transitions are characterized by relatively small part of calorimetric thermogram area lying at temperatures above 0 °C (6–18%), were found to possess a considerable cryoprotective activity. The results are discussed in relation to the prediction of the cryoprotective activity of lipid extracts for marine animal cells. In addition, it was found that marine invertebrate cells can be cryopreserved without DMSO at the presence of trehalose and lipid extracts of some marine hydrobiontes.  相似文献

Pure silver is used extensively in the preparation of high-temperature superconductor wires, tapes, films, and other configurations in which the silver not only shields the superconducting material from the surrounding materials, but also provides a degree of flexibility and strain relief, as well as stabilization and low-resistance electrical contact. Silver is relatively expensive, but at this stage of superconductor development, its unique combination of properties seems to offer the only reasonable means of achieving usable lengths of conductor. In this role, the low-temperature physical (electrical, thermal, magnetic, optical) and mechanical properties of the silver all become important. Here we present a collection of properties data extracted from the cryogenic literature and, to the extent possible, selected for reliability.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The production of iron in Biscay (Basque Country, Spain) has been a hallmark of this territory of the North of the Iberian Peninsula throughout its history. The Archaeology team of the Basque Country Mining Museum has spent 13 years, so far, studying the origins of this activity through the evidences left at the old pre-hydraulic iron production workshops known as mountainside ironworks (ferrerías de monte) or haizeolak. It has catalogued 170 archaeometallurgical sites of this type in Biscay, and the archeological excavation of some of them has led to the knowledge of the different stages of the production process that took place in these workshops. The team has also experimentally reproduced the work carried out in a mountainside ironworks from the High Middle Ages, and it has currently started the characterization process of this type of activity through the study of the collected materials.  相似文献
