以TiO2粉末作为添加介质进行铝合金电阻点焊. 焊接过程中利用实时传感技术对电阻点焊熔核形核过程的电极电压与焊接电流信号进行实时检测,通过对检测信号的计算和分析得到熔核形核动态电阻曲线,研究TiO2粉末介质对熔核形核与生长过程电阻特征的影响. 结果表明,随着TiO2粉末介质的介入,熔核形核动态过程发生变化,表现出不同的动态电阻特征. 由动态电阻曲线提取的接触电阻、终了电阻和形核电阻热效应3个特征值均能反映TiO2粉末介质对熔核形核质量特征的影响,且终了电阻、形核电阻热与焊点最大承载力高度线性相关,可作为检测熔核形核质量的依据. 相似文献

电阻点焊过程具有一些独特的性质:形核过程的时间短;点焊熔核的形成过程因处于封闭状态而无法直接观测,直接提取焊点质量信息非常困难。目前,超声波等多种检测技术得到了一定的发展,但仍存在诸多不足。因此,本文引入热声理论,结合近场声全息理论和反演理论,利用交流点焊时工件产生的周期性波动的热量及由此而激发的热声效应来反演熔核尺寸信息,以此来判断焊点质量,为电阻点焊质量检测提供新的途径。结果表明:反演熔核图像能在一定程度上反映熔核截面尺寸的变化趋势及形貌特征。厚度为0.5 mm的工件的反演结果失真比较严重;厚度为1.0 mm和1.5 mm的工件,反演图像基本能反映出熔核尺寸的相关信息,但尚不能准确描述熔核的绝对尺寸。 相似文献

电阻点焊是电阻焊技术的重要组成之一,该工艺具有能量集中、生产效率高、易于实现自动化等特点,是一种不可或缺的材料加工方法,被广泛应用于多个领域.点焊工艺又是一个电、热、力等多因素耦合的复杂过程,工艺过程非常短,而且熔核无法直接观测,增加了对其进行有效地质量检测的难度.目前,超声波等多种检测技术取得了一定的效果,但仍存在诸多不足.本文依据热声理论,研究铝合金电阻点焊的熔核尺寸与热声场规律,为进一步利用热声效应反演熔核尺寸信息做好铺垫,从而可以以此熔核信息来判断焊点质量,为电阻点焊质量检测提供新的途径.在热声理论的基础上研究了铝合金电阻点焊熔核尺寸与热声发射之间的关系,并且利用Matlab软件编程计算,模拟了不同形状尺寸点焊熔核的热声发射情况.结果表明:随着熔核半径的整体增加,工件表面热声压幅值呈上升趋势;熔核不同方向的热声压幅值随着该方向上熔核半径的增大而逐渐降低. 相似文献

为了提高实际生产中的焊点质量,探究影响焊点质量的因素,针对厚度分别为1.6和2.0 mm的DP780样片组,建立电阻点焊过程的轴对称有限元模型,采用融合力场、热场、电场及微观组织结构的耦合分析模型模拟点焊熔核形成过程,研究点焊加热及冷却过程中的温度场分布特点,确定熔核尺寸和抗剪强度指标.通过试验测定实际点焊接头的熔核尺寸以及抗剪强度.结果表明,模拟预测的熔核尺寸、失效剪切力与试验值之间误差分别为2.05%和13.6%;焊接过程中的飞溅是导致误差的主要原因. 相似文献

为了获取最优的钛合金点焊接头性能,选取了焊接时间、焊接电流和电极压力为影响焊点性能的工艺参数,对厚度为0.4 mm的TC2钛合金进行焊接试验. 以焊点熔核直径、焊点拉剪试验中的最大拉剪力、最大位移值与失效能量值作为表征焊点性能优劣的指标. 采用灰色关联分析将多个表征焊点性能的指标转换为一个综合评判焊点质量的灰色综合关联度. 通过方差分析获得了使焊点质量达到最优的焊接工艺参数组合. 结果表明,综合利用灰色关联分析法与田口试验法优化微电阻点焊焊点质量的方法是有效的,可以应用于实际生产中. 相似文献

The acoustic emission signal of aluminum alloys spot welding includes the information of forming nugget and is one of the important parameters in the quality control. Due to the nonlinearity of the signals, classic Euclidean geometry can not be applied to depict exactly. The fractal theory is implemented to quantitatively describe the characteristics of the acoustic emission signals. The experiment and calculation results show that the box counting dimension of acoustic emission signal, between 1 and 2, are distinctive from different nugget areas in AC spot welding. It is proved that box counting dimension is an effective characteristic parameter to evaluate spot welding quality. In addition, fractal theory can also be applied in other spot welding parameters, such as voltage, current, electrode force and so on, for the purpose of recognizing the spot welding quality. 相似文献

研究了铝合金点焊过程中声音信号的时频域能量分布,并应用它来识别点焊的熔核状态。点焊过程中的声音信号包含着熔核形成信息,是点焊质量监控的重要参数。为了能够确定熔核的变化状态,作者尝试采用非平稳过程的时频分析方法对声音信号进行研究,试验与计算结果表明,Choi-williams时频分布是一种较好的铝合金点焊声音分析方法,可以区分不同熔核状态,其计算结果可作为铝合金点焊过程的监控参数和质量检验的依据,具有一定的实用价值,同时它对其它焊接方法中的信号分析与处理也有较高的参考价值。 相似文献

Tool condition is one of the main concerns in friction stir welding (FSW), because the geometrical condition of the tool pin including size and shape is strongly connected to the microstrueture and mechanical performance of the weld. Tool wear occurs during FSW, especially for welding metal matrix composites with large amounts of abrasive particles, and high melting point materials, which significantly expedite tool wear and deteriorate the mechanical performance of welds. Tools with different pin-wear levels are used to weld 6061 Al alloy, while acoustic emission (AE) sensing, metallographic sectioning, and tensile testing are employed to evaluate the weld quality in various tool wear conditions. Structural characterization shows that the tool wear interferes with the weld quality and accounts for the formation of voids in the nugget zone. Tensile test analysis of samples verifies that both the ultimate tensile strength and the yield strength are adversely affected by the formation of voids in the nugget due to the tool wear. The failure location during tensile test clearly depends on the state of the tool wear, which led to the analysis of the relationships between the structure of the nugget and tool wear. AE signatures recorded during welding reveal that the AE hits concentrate on the higher amplitudes with increasing tool wear. The results show that the AE sensing provides a potentially effective method for the on-line manitoring of tool wear. 相似文献

Bused on chaos time series and fiactal theory, acoustic emission signals were studied in the process of spot welding. According to calculating 8 welding parameters using phase space reconstruction method, the largest Lyapunov exponents were positive values and chaos characteristics were firstly discovered from acoustic emission signals in spot welding. In order to evaluate acoustic emission signal, Hausdorff dimension is put forward to analyze and estimate chaos characteristics. The experiment and calculation results indicate that the Hausdorff dimension of acoustic emission signal is significantly distinguishable in the nuggets with different welding parameters. 分别对1.5 mm厚的钛合金板进行胶接点焊和电阻点焊连接,获得了不同焊接电流下的胶接点焊和电阻点焊接头,从熔核的C扫描图像、接头的失效载荷和断口形貌等方面,对比分析了胶接点焊和电阻点焊的接头强度及失效样貌. 结果表明,通过观察A扫描信号的变化与C扫描图像的特征,能够很好的划分接头的热影响区、熔合区、熔核区以及检测出接头的熔核直径和焊接缺陷. 随着焊接电流(7.0~10.0 kA)的逐渐增大,接头熔核直径及失效载荷呈递增趋势;当焊接条件相同时,胶接点焊接头的熔核直径普遍大于电阻点焊接头,但接头的强度相当. 当电流在7.0~8.5 kA时,接头强度不足,熔核区的断口处出现大小不等的韧窝,呈现出韧性断裂特征;当电流为10.0 kA时,接头强度较高,主要呈现出韧性断裂与准解理断裂特征. 相似文献

采用不同焊接工艺对TRIP980钢板进行点焊试验,研究了焊接电流、焊前预热及焊后热处理工艺对点焊性能的影响. 结果表明,随着焊接电流的增大,焊点的熔核直径和拉剪力均增大,但当电流过大而发生飞溅时,焊点的熔核直径和拉剪力开始减小. 焊前预热工艺可提高点焊飞溅电流,进而可以获得更大的熔核直径及拉剪力. 在对焊点进行焊后热处理的情况下,当焊接电流与焊后热处理电流之间的冷却时间超过900 ms时,可显著改善熔核组织,降低熔核硬度,提高焊点拉剪力. 相似文献

提出具有节能高效特征的粉末铝热剂介入型电阻点焊新技术,通过添加ZnO+Al粉末铝热剂介入2024铝合金电阻点焊,研究了铝热剂介入对电阻点焊熔核成形、显微组织、力学性能等质量因素的影响。结果表明,在ZnO+Al粉末铝热剂冶金反应热的辅助作用下,可以有效增大2024铝合金的电阻点焊溶核尺寸以及熔核内部树枝晶区尺寸。粉末铝热剂的添加,使熔核中心区域拥有更多的异质形核晶核,促使凝固进程中的固-液界面前沿出现大范围成分过冷,更有利于等轴晶的形核,使等轴晶的分布更为均匀,细化熔核中心等轴树枝晶束。同时,也强化熔核胞状晶区,使熔核强韧性得到提高。最终在试验焊接电流范围内提高焊点强度28%~200%。 相似文献

AbstractThe fracture mode of spot welded joints, made of SAPH440 steel sheets, is investigated. It was found that the weldment failure in the peel test of the joints occurred through the weld nugget. This is called an interfacial failure and is not acceptable because it is a sign of insufficient mechanical strength. Investigation showed that this kind of fracture is attributed to the brittleness of the nugget zone, caused by its martensitic microstructure due to the high cooling rate in the welding. For eliminating this defect, resistance spot welding procedures were augmented with post-heating stage. This approach is intended to reduce the cooling rate after welding and also to temper the weld nugget, generating a more ductile microstructure in the weld zone. The results of this research can be used for planning spot welding process and provides a guideline for analysing the results of hardness and peel test. 相似文献
