3.2 补强填充剂 补强填充剂对氯醚橡胶的补强效果与其在二烯类橡胶中的情况大致相同。在补强填充剂中,炭黑的补强效果最好,其次是白炭黑和碳酸钙等。 炭黑种类不同,其补强效果也不同(见图3—3、3—4),粒径小的补强效果大。玻璃化温度低的氯醚橡胶用粒径大的炭黑补强时,硫化胶拉伸强度达到最大值时的炭黑用量多,这与二烯类橡胶相同。对于均聚氯醚橡胶,炭黑用量少一些(20~30份)就可使拉伸强度达到最大值;而对于共聚氯醚橡胶,拉伸强度达到最大值时炭黑用量相对要多一些。炭黑粒径和用量对氯醚橡胶拉伸强度表现的这一趋势,相必对于添加增塑剂胶料,均聚氯醚橡胶与共聚氯醚橡胶并用胶料、不同环氧乙烷聚合比胶种当该也是如此,因此应根据 相似文献

设计补强填料(炭黑N990/硫酸钡)用量和并用比不同的9个试验配方,研究炭黑N990/硫酸钡用量和并用比对氟醚橡胶胶料硫化特性、耐低温性能、物理性能、耐热空气老化性能、耐介质性能和压缩永久变形的影响。结果表明:炭黑N990/硫酸钡用量和并用比对氟醚橡胶硫化胶性能影响较大;随着炭黑N990/硫酸钡用量的增大,氟醚橡胶硫化胶的力学性能更好;氟醚橡胶硫化胶的耐低温性能主要由橡胶的分子结构决定,同时含胶率越高,硫化胶的耐低温性能越好;氟醚橡胶硫化胶的耐介质性能与其交联程度有关,当炭黑N990/硫酸钡用量增大时,橡胶与其形成的交联网络更加密集,硫化胶的耐介质性能提高。 相似文献

采用沉淀白炭黑和高耐磨炭黑作为氟橡胶/硅橡胶共混胶的填料.研究以不同质量比混合的沉淀白炭黑和高耐磨炭黑对氟橡胶/硅橡胶共混胶的硫化特性、门尼粘度、力学性能、耐热老化性能和耐油性能的影响,并通过RPA分析表征填料-填料的相互作用,采用SEM表征白炭黑/炭黑混合填料在氟橡胶/硅橡胶共混胶中的分散性.结果表明,随着混合填料中白炭黑所占比例的增大,氟橡胶/硅橡胶共混胶的硫化转矩升高,焦烧时间(t10)缩短,正硫化时间(t90)延长,门尼粘度增大.氟橡胶/硅橡胶共混胶的力学性能,耐热老化性能和耐油性能都随着混合填料中白炭黑用量增多而提高.RPA分析表明,全部采用白炭黑补强的共混胶Payne效应最明显,炭黑补强的共混胶Payne效应最弱.SEM分析表明,白炭黑在共混胶中分布比炭黑更加均匀,填料聚集体粒径较小. 相似文献

研究了高耐磨炭黑(N330)填充型粉末丁苯橡胶[P(SBR/N330)]硫化胶的物理机械性能。结果发现。炭黑乳化剂的用量、炭黑改性剂和包覆剂的用量及玻璃化转变温度对P(SBR/N330)硫化胶的物理机械性能的影响比较明显。在适宜的粉末化条件下制备的P(SBR/N330),其硫化胶的物理机械性能与块状SBR/N330通过机械混炼得到的硫化胶的物理机械性能处于相同水平。P(SBR/N330)硫化胶拉伸断面形貌的SEM分析表明,包覆剂在用量为5份时形成的粒子与SBR基体结合紧密,在用量为15份时形成的粒子较易剥离。 相似文献

A method of chemical modification in situ of ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (EPDM) filled with carbon black was studied. A bifunctional monomer, glycidyl methacrylate (GMA), was used as the modifier to improve the dispersibility of carbon black in the rubber and to enhance the mechanical properties of EPDM vulcanizates. The effects of GMA on the structure and properties of EPDM vulcanizates such as determination of cross-linking density and vulcanizing properties as well as mechanical properties were investigated by FT-IR, SEM, and DMTA. The results showed the addition of GMA into carbon black filled EPDM compounds could remarkably improve the mechanical properties of the vulcanizates. The optimum content of GMA was about 5.0 phr when the content of carbon black was 50 phr. The reason for improvement of the mechanical properties might be attributed to the chemical combinations between rubber macromolecular chains and carbon black surfaces by GMA. Cured elastomers are commonly dispersed in thermoplastics, but the reverse morphology has received little attention. The present work examines dispersions of 0.5–2 μm PA6 droplets in ethylene‐acrylic elastomer (AEM), created by melt blending. After cooling, the blends are compounded with amine curative and crosslinked. Uncrosslinked blends exhibit high bound rubber levels compared to N990 carbon black filled AEM, but similar viscosity at equal filler volume fraction. Crosslinking the blends produces strong, heat resistant vulcanizates with minimal Payne effect and good compression set resistance. These properties result from extensive AEM‐PA6 grafting, absence of filler‐filler contacts, and beneficial modification of the oxidation profile under diffusion limited conditions. The data show rubber‐filler grafting strongly influences filler reinforcing ability, but does not directly influence the Payne effect. Relative to unfilled AEM, silica and carbon black fillers accelerate oxidative degradation in proportion to their reinforcing ability, whereas PA6 has a stabilizing effect. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 以充油反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(0ETPI)和丁苯橡胶(sBR)并用比及炭黑N330用量为2变量,利用均匀设计法研究了2变量的变化对OETPI/SBR并用胶性能的影响,建立了性能与2变量之间的回归方程,并对其显著性进行了检验;绘制了性能随2变量变化的等高线图。结果表明:所建立的数学模型可以很好地描述0ETPI/sBR并用比和炭黑N330用量对OETPI/SBR并用胶性能的影响;综合各项性能以OETP1/SBR并用比为40/60,炭黑用量为55份为最佳。 相似文献

A new modified carbon black (GCB) was prepared by adding special RFL latex into N220. Dynamic properties were obtained over a wide range of temperatures and strains on vulcanizates filled with GCB and unmodified carbon black, respectively. The results show that the GCB can effectively decrease the tan δ value at 60 and 90°C of SBR vulcanizates compared with that of the common unmodified carbon blacks, which responds to the fact that GCB is beneficial to lower rolling resistance and heat generation of the vulcanizates in comparison to that of the unmodified carbon black. Among the factors responsible for this, filler networking and filler–elastomer interaction play a dominant role.
