目的 探讨以概念图为主导的教学方法对实习护生自主学习能力的培养效果.方法将 120名大专护生随机分为实验组和对照组各60名,前者需定期参加由辅导员组织的以概念图为主导、以案例为媒介的培训活动,后者则需定期参加由护理部组织的专题讲座.将实验前后2组护生<护理专业护生自主学习能力测评量表>的调查结果进行比较.结果 实验组和对照组护生前后测量结果有差异;总分和各维度得分存在组间差异.结论 以概念图为主导、以案例为媒介的教学方法能起到培养护生自主学习能力的作用.
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effects of teaching method of concept-map orientation on cultivating intern nursing students' autonomous learning competencies. Methods 120 volunteers were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 60 students in each group. The students from the experimental group participated in the training activities, in which concept-map orientation and clinical case served as a vehicle. While the students from the control group attended lectures held by nursing department. All the students fulfilled the Measure Scale of Autonomous Learning Competencies of Nursing Undergraduates before and after this study. Results There was significant difference between before and after the study, and significant difference was also seen in total score and score of each dimension between the experimental group and the control one. Conclusions The teaching method of conceptmap orientation can cultivate nursing students' autonomous learning competencies.  相似文献

目的 探讨基于工作过程的综合实训法在儿科护理教学中的应用效果.方法 整群抽取2008级高职护理1、2班101名护生为实验组,2008级高职护理3、4班103名护生为对照组.实验组采用基于工作过程的综合实训法,对照组采用传统实训教学法,对2组学生综合技能考核成绩和临床综合能力评分进行比较,并发放调查问卷,对2组教学方法激发学生学习兴趣的效果进行调查.结果 实验组综合技能考核成绩和临床综合能力评分均显著高于对照组;实验组教学方法激发学生学习兴趣的效果优于对照组.结论 基于工作过程的综合实训法应用于儿科护理教学中,有利于培养学生的临床思维能力、应急应变能力、护患沟通能力、综合操作能力、团队协作能力,能有效提高学生的学习效果和综合素质.
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive training based on work process in the teaching of Pediatric Nursing.Methods A cluster sampling of Class 1,2 enrolled in 2008 were taken as the experimental group,and Class 3,4 enrolled in 2008 were taken as the control group.The comprehensive training method WaS used in the experimental group,and the conventional practice teaching method was used in the control group.The comprehensive skills and the comprehensive ability of clinical nursing were aSsessed after experiment,questionnaires were distributed to the two groups to investigate the stimuhted learning interest of students.Results The experimental group had higher scores in comprehensire skills and comprehensive ability of clinical nursing than the control group.The teaching method of the experimental group had better effect in stimulating students learning interest than that of the control group.Conclusions The comprehensive training method based on work process used in the teaching of and comprehensive quality.  相似文献

目的 探讨临床路径的理论和方法在呼吸科护理实习生临床教学中的应用,并评价其效果.方法 将2009年、2010年两届来我院实习的护理实习生分为两组:即2009年护生为对照组,2010年护生为实验组.对照组实施传统的教学法,实验组实施临床路径教学法,比较两组理论、操作成绩及对带教方法的满意度.结果 两组护理实习生在出科考核成绩(理论、操作)及对带教方法的满意度等方面比较,实验组均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 将临床路径应用于护理教学中有助于提高临床护理教学质量.
Abstract:
Objective To probe into application of clinical pathway on clinical nursing teaching in respiratory department and evaluate the effect.Methods The two years of 2009 and 2010 graduate intern nurses were divided into two groups: the former as control group and the latter as experimental group. Control group received traditional teaching, while experimental group accepted clinical pathway teaching. Then the theoretical results, operating results and the satisfaction of teaching were compared between two groups.Results The rotation examination results (theory, operation) and the satisfaction of teaching was better in experimental group compared with those in control group (P<0. 05).Conclusions The clinical pathway applied to nursing teaching may improve clinical nursing teaching quality.  相似文献

对护理本科生采用探索性临床沟通能力培养方案,通过问卷凋查方式与常规教学培养进行对照分析,结果 显示优于常规教学方法,尤其在护生由浅入深逐步深入学习护患沟通技能,积极参与沟通,发挥中医特色护理在沟通中的优势作用,通过反思日记提高对有效沟通的认识等方面,在提高护生临床沟通能力起着积极作用.
Abstract:
To explore the clinical communication training programs in the nursing students , and compare with conventional teaching. The questionaire showed that the new methods was better than conventional teaching, in particular from the point of the nursing students studied the nurse-patient communication skills progressively and gradually in-depth, took active participation into it, and had Chinese characteristics nursing role in communication, through the reflective diary to raise awareness of effective communication, and promote clinical nursing students improving communication skills.  相似文献

目的 探讨临床护理路径在乳腺癌围手术期护理中的应用效果,特别是在乳腺癌术后及出院后患肢功能锻炼中的指导作用.方法 严格按照临床护理路径的准入和退出标准,选取普外科乳腺癌患者102例,按照入院单双日随机分为实验组50例和对照组52例.实验组采取临床护理路径指导下的"一线式"护理服务模式,对照组采用传统的整体护理模式.统计2组患者对疾病相关知识的掌握程度、出院后自护能力及患者对护理服务满意度,并进行统计分析.结果 实验组患者对围手术期相关知识的掌握程度和出院后自护能力评分明显高于对照组,且患者对护理服务满意度达98.92%,显著高于对照组.结论 临床护理路径指导下的"一线式"护理服务模式在乳腺癌患者围手术期护理中的应用,取得了良好的效果,督促了乳腺癌患者术后的患肢功能锻炼,促进了疾病的恢复,缩短了住院时间,节省了住院费用.
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway (CNP) in perioperative nursing for breast cancer,especially the instructive important role in the rehabilitative excises postoperation and after discharge.Methods In accordance with the standard for the entry and exit of the CNP,102 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the experimental group (50 patients) and the control group (52 patients),the experimental group received the care of clinical nursing pathway and the control group received the traditional care.The effect of clinical nursing pathway on the following aspects such as the level of mastering knowledge about hospitalization,self-care ability after discharge,the degree of satisfaction about nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the level of mastering knowledge about hospitalization and self-care ability after discharge in the experimental group were significantly better,the degree of satisfaction about nursing reached 98.92%,which was higher than that of the experimental group.Conclusions Application of the full care model with CNP demonstrated good effect on the perioperative nursing for breast cancer,it encourages patients to do the limb functional training,promotes the recovery of disease,and then shortens hospital stay and saves hospital costs.  相似文献

Results there was no significant difference between operational procedure and finished time (P>0.05).There was an obviously increase of satisfaction among systematic study consciousness, creative mind and critical thinking (P<0.05) . 目的 了解罗湖区残疾人健康教育及康复训练的方法,探讨健康教育及康复训练对残疾人健康的影响,总结残疾人健康教育及康复训练的经验.方法 将罗湖区240例听力、肢体及视力等方面有障碍的残疾人随机分为对照组(不进行健康教育及康复训练)、实验1组(单纯健康教育组)和实验2组(健康教育加医学康复训练),每组各80例.比较健康教育前后对3组残疾人健康的影响.结果 经过3年的健康教育及康复训练干预,实验1组、实验2组的高血压、糖尿病、肥胖等症状明显改善,健康状况显著好于对照组,其中以实验2组效果最好.结论 人性化的健康教育及康复训练对提高残疾人的健康水平有重要意义.
Abstract:
Objective To acquaint the methods of health education and rehabilitation training to the handicapped, explore the influence of health education and rehabilitation training on the handicapped and sum up the experiences of the health education and rehabilitation training for the handicapped. Methods 240cases of handicapped were randomly divided into the control group (no training in health education and rehabilitation), the experimental group 1 (simple health education group) and the experimental group 2 (health education plus medical rehabilitation), 80 patients in each group. The effects of health education on the persons with disabilities were compared before and after health education among three groups. Results After 3 years of health education and rehabilitation training intervention, symptoms of hypertension, diabetes, obesity and other symptoms of the experimental group 1, the experimental group 2 improved significantly better than that of the control group, the experimental group 2 showed best result. Conclusions The humanized health education and rehabilitation training had an important significance to improve the health levels of the handicapped.  相似文献

目的 探讨护理专业校内实训基地开展24 h值班制护理技能训练的方法及效果.方法 将2007级高中升大专护理专业2个班级学生各60名分别列为对照班和实验班.对照班采用常规的护理技能教学方法,教师演示、单个项目训练、下临床实习前集中训练考核的方法.实验班除接受以上训练外于第4学期(即下临床实习前一学期),增加24 h值班制护理技能训练方法:教师设计好病案,按照临床要求排班,各班由1名教师带领4名学生(扮演护士)进行护理技能训练,其余学生扮演患者、家属、朋友,住在仿真病区.对2班的教学效果进行评价.结果 实验班与对照班,综合技能考核、毕业理论考核成绩比较均有显著差异.临床带教老师反映校内实训基地开展24 h值班制护理技能训练项目使学生提前适应临床护理工作,有利于提升学生的综合技能.结论 校内实训基地开展24 h值班制护理技能训练方法是行之有效的一种技能训练方法.
Abstract:
Objective To explore a new training method of nursing skills under 24 hours shift system in the practical training base in the college. Methods The practical training base in the college was rebuilt into a simulated hospital. 120 three-year-course nursing students in grade 2007 were divided into the control class and the experimental class with 60 students in each class. The control class adopted routine teaching method, including teacher demonstration, single project training, concentrated training before clinical practice. The experimental class participated in the tutoring mode of nursing skills under 24 hours shift system in simulated hospital. The cases were pre-designed and students acted as patients by tums. One teacher led 4 students into nursing skill training by day shift, evening shift and mid-night shift. The teaching effect was compared between two classes. Results There was significant difference between the two groups in comprehensive technique test and graduation theoretical test score. Clinical nursing teachers thought the skill training in simulated hospital under 24 hours shift system can help students prepare for the nursing work in hospital ahead of time and improve their comprehensive capability. Conclusions Training mode of nursing skills in simulated hospital under 24 hours shift system is feasible for enhancing nursing skills.  相似文献

Objective To understand the general knowledge of nursing students' recognition of and compliance with medical waste classification so as to provide basis which schools and teaching hospitals should be adopted to better implement teaching and management of hospital infection. Methods We investigated 81 nursing students by using a self-designed questionnaire which aimed to acquire nursing students' recognition of and compliance with medical waste classification. Results 85.2% nursing students could not correctly judge that the wasted sphygmomanometers were chemical waste and 77. 8% had a wrong concept towards the pathological waste. There was no statistical difference among nursing students with different educational backgrounds (χ2 =0.96,P>0. 05). 75.3% thought that medical waste classification was very important and 74.1% had a poor compliance with medical waste classification. Conclusions Nursing students' recognition of and compliance with medical waste classification needs further improvement. Schools should establish hospital infection education;teaching hospitals should strengthen comprehensive education of hospital infection;teaching teachers shall set good examples as well as make a good supervision.  相似文献

目的提高护生护理技能操作水平,探讨护理操作技能教学方法。方法以2002级高级护理一班、二班,通过随机抽签法确定二班为实验组,一班为对照组。对照组采用传统的教学方法;实验组采用以点带面法:从实验组中抽10名学生成立一个技能培训小组,首先对小组成员的操作技能进行强化培训,然后在课余训练中再由她们指导其余同学。结果实验组护理技能操作考核成绩明显高于对照组。讨论在以点带面法中,已培训的学生起着示范、辅导的作用。小组成员在辅导同学的过程中获得了成就感,也提高了其综合素质。同时有助于学生之间相互探讨,训练学生的评判性思维能力,提高学习兴趣。  相似文献

目的探讨罗杰斯人本主义学习理论在临床护理教学中的应用。方法试验组121名学生采用将罗杰斯人本主义学习理论运用于临床护理教学中,主要突出以学生为主体的临床教学,重点在临床护理辅导小课、护理查房、操作示范、制订学习合同、反思日记方面进行改革;对照组100名学生采用传统的分阶段目标教学模式。结果试验组实习生临床护理能力的提高比对照组高(P0.05),学生和带教老师对教学模式的满意度均较好,试验组学生临床毕业综合技能考试成绩比对照组高(P0.05)。结论罗杰斯人本主义学习理论在临床护理教学中的应用有利于提高临床护理实习生临床护理能力,有利于促进临床教师自身素质的不断完善和提高,有利于提高临床教学质量。  相似文献

目的探讨系统化"院校合作"临床教学模式对本科护生实习效果的影响,为提高临床实习效果提供指导依据。方法选取某医科大学附属医院本科实习护生分为对照组与实验组,对照组采用常规临床教学模式,实验组采用"院校合作"临床教学模式,包括组建教学师资、制订教学大纲、实施教学方案。教学结束后,比较两组本科护生临床实践行为表现及对教学模式的满意度。结果实验组本科护生临床实践行为表现优于对照组,对教学模式的满意度高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论在本科护生实习中引入系统化"院校合作"临床教学模式,能提高实习满意度,为临床护理教学的改革和改善护理教学质量提供参考依据。  相似文献

目的探讨高职护理基础护理技能实训教学设计的方法及效果。方法采取便利取样方法,选择2006级护理专业3班为试验组(n=56),选择2006级护理专业4班为对照组(n=56)。试验组通过基础护理技能实训情境设置,运用任务驱动法、角色扮演法实施教学;对照组采用传统教学方法。结果试验组基础护理技能实训成绩及对教学效果满意度均高于对照组,实习医院对试验组满意率高于对照组(P均0.05)。结论在高职护理教育中,开展以提升就业为导向、基于工作过程的基础护理实训教育,有利于高技能、实用型护理人员的培养。  相似文献

目的探讨基于概念图和思维导图的可视化教学在《护理学基础实训》中的应用效果。方法以班级为单位对两个班共91名学生开展对照研究,干预组进行可视化教学,对照组采用传统方式教学,历时2个学期。比较研究过程中两组学生的评判性思维能力、自主学习能力以及实训成绩。结果干预半年后,与对照组比较,干预组学生的评判性思维能力总分及部分维度即显示出优势,自主学习能力并未有显著性差异。1年后,干预组护生的评判性思维能力及自主学习能力均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),实训成绩比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在《护理学基础实训》课程中进行基于概念图和思维导图的可视化教学,有利于护生评判性思维和自主学习能力的培养,对护生知识的主动建构也可以起到促进作用,可以在实训课程中推广应用。  相似文献

目的 将碎片化的知识有机融合,探讨基于核心胜任力的CNP(临床护理路径)内科护理综合实训的教学效果。方法 选取浙江省海宁卫生学校2016级中专护理专业1613、1614班两个班的学生为研究对象,其中1614班60人为试验组,采用基于核心胜任力的CNP设计的内科护理综合实训情境化教学模式,组织实施并观察其应用效果。1613班62人为对照组,内科护理综合实训采用常规教学模式。CNP实施前后参考文献自行设计量表调查试验组基于核心胜任力的CNP内科护理综合实训教学模式的教学效果。结果试验组护生期末理论考试成绩为(80.100±9.399)分,明显高于对照组的(76.750±9.205)分(P<0.05);CNP实施后临床实习后期试验组护生的个人特质、临床护理能力、人际沟通和支持能力、评判性临床思维能力、自我发展能力5个维度的平均得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论基于核心胜任力的CNP内科护理综合实训教学模式,能够提升中职护生护理核心胜任力。  相似文献

目的探讨感恩教育对实习生实习效果的影响。方法将2008年度的68名实习生作为试验组,进行集中培训、情境培训、主题培训等的感恩教育并贯穿于护理实习过程中。2007年度56名实习生为对照组,没有进行感恩教育。两组实习结束后,在理论、操作考试和患者满意度方面进行比较。结果试验组的出科理论、操作考试和患者满意度调查明显高于对照组(P0.01)。结论感恩教育在实习生中的应用,明显提高了实习生的实习积极性和临床护理质量。  相似文献

目的:在内科护理学的教学中探索一种符合高职高专人才培养要求、适应内科护理学发展的教学方法。方法:分别选取护理专业两届大专班各2个班的全体学生,进行对照研究,实验班采取“教学做一体化教学”使理论教学与实践教学紧密结合,对照班采取先理论教学后临床实习的教学方式,比较两种教学方法的效果。结果:实验班学生在分析和解决实际问题、实习表现方面优于对照班学生;多数学生对“教学做一体化教学”模式持肯定态度。结论:“教学做一体化教学”模式较传统教学模式在培养高职高专护生方面具有多种优势,符合培养“服务生产一线需要的、全面发展的、应用性专门人才”的目标要求和教育规律,更具发展前景,值得进一步实践探索。  相似文献

目的探讨高仿真模拟教学对护理本科生临床能力的影响。方法将实习前的60名护理本科生随机分为试验组和对照组,各30名,试验组采用高仿真模拟教学,对照组采用普通教学(案例讨论与护理技能操作训练),各培训20学时,并利用客观结构化临床考试(objective structured clinical examination,OSCE)分别在培训前后对学生进行考核。结果培训后,试验组的11项成绩比培训前均有提高(P<0.05);培训后,试验组在小组综合能力、护理问诊、护理体检、健康教育口试、职业态度考核成绩上高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论高仿真模拟教学可显著提高学生的临床能力,比普通教学具有优势。  相似文献

目的探讨核心能力教学模式在高职高专护理专业内科护理教学中的应用与效果。方法将2006级高职高专护理专业学生90名随机分为试验组和对照组各45名,试验组采用核心能力教学模式,即将以筒易标准化病人为核心的病例教学法、以问题为导向的教学法、情境教学法等多种教学方法综合应用;对照组采用传统的教学方法。采用多阶段理论测试、临床综合技能评价及问卷调查的方法分析教学效果。结果试验组多阶段理论考试成绩(t=2.384,P〈0.05)、护理核心能力(临床综合技能评价)(t=3.430,P〈0.01)显著优于对照组,试验组学生对各项教学效果评价较好。结论运用核心能力教学模式进行内科护理学教学有利于提高学生的理论成绩及护理核心能力。  相似文献
