目的:建立玫瑰花提取物中鞣质的含量测定方法。方法:以没食子酸为对照品,采用磷钼钨酸一干酪素比色法测定。结果:在2.02~10.08μg·ml^-1范围内吸光度与鞣质含量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.14%(RSD=0.69%)。结论:本方法简便、准确,可用于玫瑰花提取物鞣质的含量测定。 相似文献

目的:建立磷钼钨酸一干酪素法测定石榴皮药材中鞣质含量的方法。方法:利用磷钼钨酸与多酚类物质的显色反应,在760nm波长处,分别测定供试品溶液中的总酚和不被吸收的多酚的吸光度,采用标准曲线法,计算鞣质含量。结果:在0.01~0.001mg·ml^-1范围内,标准曲线线性关系良好(r=0.9992),精密度和重复性较好,脚分别是0.50%和0.28%,加样回收率均为98.5%,RSD为0.35%。结论:该方法简单、准确,具有较高的选择性,可应用于不同来源的石榴皮药材检测中。 相似文献

([摘要]目的建立解毒保肝片中总黄酮与总鞣质有效部位含量测定方法。方法分别采用双波长紫外分光光度法和改进了的磷钼钨酸 干酪素法测定样品中总黄酮和总鞣质的含量。结果双波长紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮,在8.6~68.8 μg8226;mL 1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),回收率97.3%,RSD 1.87%;改进的磷钼钨酸 干酪素法测定样品中总鞣质专属性良好,在12.5~125. 0 μg8226;mL 1范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 7),回收率95.7%,RSD 0.81%。结论该方法结果准确可靠,稳定可行,能满足解毒保肝片质量控制的要求。 相似文献

目的 考察用不同方法检测除鞣质后金丝桃素的含量变化和收率,建立贯叶金丝桃良好的除鞣质方法。方法采用明胶沉淀法、改良明胶沉淀法及碱性醇沉法除鞣质后,用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定贯叶金丝桃提取物中金丝桃素含量变化和收率;色谱柱为Phenomenex—C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.006mol/LNa214PO4(7:1V/V,H3P04调至pH=6.5),流速为1.0mL/min,柱温30℃,检测波长590nm,外标法计算。结果金丝桃素的进样量线性范围为0.0194~0.7760μg(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.25%。RSD:1.29%(n=5);明胶沉淀法、改良明胶沉淀法和碱性醇沉法除鞣质后金丝桃素含量分别为0.092%,0.098%和0.093%,收率分别为70.15%,85.21%和89.16%。结论改良明胶沉淀法具有鞣质去除完全、金丝桃素含量较高、损失较少的优点,且方法简便易行.可应用于贯叶金丝桃提取物除鞣质处理。 相似文献

This paper describes the quantitative determination of flavonoids, tannins and ellagic acid in the leaves from wild and cultivated variations of Rubus L. species (Rosaceae): raspberry (2 wild and 13 cultivars) and blackberry (3 wild and 3 cultivars). The content of flavonoids was analyzed using spectrophotometric (the Christ-Mullers method) and HPLC analysis after acid hydrolysis. The content of tannins was determined by the weight method, with hide powder, described by German Pharmacopoeia 10 (DAB 10). Ellagic acid content was examined using the HPLC method after acid hydrolysis. Flavonoid content, determined using the Christ-Muller's method was higher for the blackberry leaves than for the raspberry leaves and varied between 0.46% and 1.05%. Quercetin and kaempferol were predominant in all samples analyzed using the HPLC method. The highest flavonoid content was found in the leaves of R. nessensis (1.06%); with results in all of the examined samples varying between 0.27% and 1.06%. The concentration of ellagic acid in all species was determined after acid hydrolysis and ranged from 2.06% to 6.89%. The leaves of raspberries are characterized by greater amounts of tannins (varying between 2.62% and 6.87%) than the leaves of other species. The results from this study indicate that the analyzed species are a rich source of flavonoids, ellagic acid and tannins, which may be used for the quality assessment of Rubus L. species leaves. 相似文献

目的:以鞣质含量、有机酸含量以及小鼠的凝血时间为指标,探讨生品乌梅与不同炒炭程度的乌梅轻炭、乌梅标准炭和乌梅重炭与凝血的关系。方法:采用干酪素法测定鞣质含量;用电位滴定法测定有机酸含量;用玻片法测定小鼠凝血时间。结果:乌梅生品中有机酸和鞣质的含量最高;乌梅炭随着制炭程度的加深,其含量逐渐降低。有机酸和鞣质的含量最高的乌梅生品无凝血作用,含量最低的乌梅重炭凝血效果不佳,乌梅标准炭凝血效果最好。结论:乌梅炒炭后鞣质和有机酸的含量随炮制程度的加深而逐渐降低,乌梅中鞣质与有机酸的含量高低与其凝血作用的强弱不成平行关系。 相似文献

目的 探索壳聚糖对乙肝宁颗粒中鞣质的影响,须先提取出处方中的鞣质,由于处方中鞣质含量较低且很难提纯,先用含鞣质量多的五倍子作为原料,摸索提取分离纯化鞣质的方案,再运用到处方药物中.方法 分别用水、70%丙酮、100%丙酮作为溶剂,比较了超声法和热浸法的提取率;以没食子酸为标准品绘制标准曲线,对所得鞣质的进行纯度考查;把五倍子鞣质提取的最佳方案运用于乙肝宁颗粒处方,提取出含鞣质的浸膏,按照标准曲线法在相应波长下测提取液的吸光度;把提取液吸光度值代入标准曲线的回归方程,求出其鞣质含量.结果 以70%丙酮作为溶剂,超声法提取得到的鞣质量最大;提取所得的五倍子鞣质的纯度为95.9%;乙肝宁颗粒处方中的鞣质含量为0.71%.结论 可以通过五倍子摸索得到提取"乙肝宁"中的鞣质的方法,乙肝宁中鞣质含量太低,对壳聚糖处理后颗粒的吸湿性的改善贡献不大. 相似文献

目的建立一种芫荽茎叶中芳樟醇、癸醛、正癸醇和十一醛的GC含量测定方法。方法以挥发油提取器蒸馏制备供试液;HP-5MSI毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),以氮气为载气,FID检测器,采用程序升温,内标法测定(柠檬烯为内标物)含量。结果芳樟醇、癸醛、正癸醇和十一醛进样质量浓度分别在31.5~315.0 mg.L-1(r=0.999 6)、269.0~2 690.0 mg.L-1(r=0.999 7)、95.3~953.0 mg.L-1(r=0.999 6)、58.1~581.0 mg.L-1(r=0.999 7)内呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为102.0(RSD=1.5%)、102.0(RSD=0.6%)、101.9(RSD=1.1%)、102.6(RSD=0.9%)。结论所建立的方法可用于芫荽茎叶中4种挥发性成分含量测定。 相似文献

The prevalidation strategy was applied to evaluate UV-vis spectrophotometric procedure with Folin-Ciocalteu's reagent for polyphenols determination. Favourable prevalidation characteristics verified this procedure as a valuable tool in polyphenols analysis and it was successfully applied for determination of total polyphenols and tannins in leaves, stems and flowers of Plantago L. species growing in Croatia. The results showed the variety of total polyphenols content between different plant parts (leaves: up to 10.15%; stems: up to 4.34% and flowers: up to 5.56%). The content of tannins in stems was from 0.28% to 1.00%, while leaves and flowers contained tannins in concentrations of 2.26% and 2.21%, respectively. The results of polyphenols determination were evaluated by using multivariate analysis (UPGMA and PCA) as a contribution to elucidation of relations between different taxa of genus Plantago L. 相似文献
