| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨螺内酯、依那普利和参麦注射液治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法：30例高血压性心脏病所致的慢性心力衰竭患者，观察其在强心、利尿、扩张血管的基础上，加用螺内酯、依那普利和参麦注射液3种药物治疗后临床指标变化情况。结果：在中、重度高血压性心脏病所致的慢性心衰治疗中总有效率达到93．3％，无明显不良反应。结论：螺内酯、依那普利和参麦注射液联合治疗高血压性心脏病所致的慢性心衰，安全、有效，可推荐使用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effects of spironolactone, enalapril and shengmai injection on chronic heart failure. Methods: Apply combined use of spironolactone, enalapril and shengmai injection to 30 patients who suffered from chronic heart failure induced by hypertensive heart diseases on the basis of traditional therapy including diuretic cardiotonic and vasodilator. Then, observe changes in symptoms, physical signs and heart function. Results: The total effective rate is 93.3%. No obvious adverse reactions were observed. Conclusion: Combined use of spironolactone, enalapril and shengmai injection is effective and safe in treating chronic heart failure induced by hypertensive heart diseases. |
