Studies on the Model Synthesis of the Brassinolide and Dolicholide‘s Side Chains

A highly stereoselective synthesis of the side Chain enantiomers of brassinolide and dolicholide through an aldol reaction of 2-(4-methoxy benzyloxyl) proplonylaldehyde (5) with the anion of 1- ( tert -butyldimethylsiloxy )-3-methyl-2-butanone ( 6 ) is described.     

葡辛胺的催化加氢合成工艺的研究

系统地研究了以Ｒａｎｅｙ镍为催化剂同呼正辛胺形成Ｓｃｈｉｆｆ碱后催化加氢合成葡辛胺的反应，通过对反应条件的优化，特别是通过向反应体系中加入催化剂量的三乙胺，改善了催化剂的性能，降低了催化剂的用量，有效地抑制了副反应的发生，缩短了反应时间，反应产率达到７０％以上，并对失活的Ｒａｎｅｙ镍催化剂的再生进行了初步试探。     

脱乙酰基对天然魔芋葡甘聚糖分子形貌的影响

通过原子力显微镜直接观察魔芋葡甘聚糖（KGM）分子的三维结构形貌，KGM水溶液铺展在经Ca^2 处理的云母片上，干燥固定后，可获得稳定，重复的图像，实验结果表明，稀溶液中KGM分子具有伸展的螺旋链状结构，单股的长度达200－400nm，厚度为1．0nm，宽度为35．0－35．2nm，脱乙酰后分子链卷曲成直径约40－50nm,厚3．5－5．0nm的弹性圆台状。     

啤酒酵母来源甘露聚糖的环境友好型提取工艺研究

采用酵母自溶-热水浸提法提取酵母细胞壁中的甘露聚糖,确定了酵母自溶工艺条件为:3%NaCl、pH 5.5、50℃下自溶处理24 h;自溶因素的重要性次序为:NaCl浓度自溶液pH自溶温度.确定了酵母细胞壁甘露聚糖的热水浸提的条件,即:热水温度90℃,浸提8 h.最终浸提液中甘露聚糖浓度可达到52.1 mg/L.以废啤酒酵母为原料制备甘露聚糖可减少环境污染,并提高产品附加值,增加企业收益,取得良好的经济效益.     

基于脱乙酰基魔芋葡甘聚糖固定酶的葡萄糖传感器

制备了脱乙酰基魔芋葡甘聚糖(d-KGM)的溶胶-凝胶,用红外光谱表征了其脱乙酰基前后的结构转化.探讨了d-KGM溶胶-凝胶的制备条件对其成膜性能及酶固定化的影响.在此基础上将d-KGM用于电极表面葡萄糖氧化酶的固定,制备了相应的葡萄糖传感器,并对传感器的工作条件进行了优化.所制备的传感器灵敏度为240 nA/mmol/L,线性范围为0.1～8 mmol/L,表观米氏常数KM为19.6 mmol/L,稳定性好,寿命长.实验结果表明d-KGM是一种可用于生物传感器中酶固定化的优良材料.     

羟基化合物及其葡醛酸苷化学结构与RP—HPLC保留行为相关性研究

采用体外孵育生物合成方法获得羟基化合物葡醛酸苷系列化合物，并对其反相高效液相色谱保留行为及底物与其葡醛酸结合物保留行为相关性进行了研究，建立了相应的结构－色谱保留行为相关性方程及葡醛酸苷类代谢物保留行为的预测方法。将ＱＳＲＲ研究扩展到药物代谢物领域，对药物Ⅱ相葡醛酸化代谢产物的ＨＰＬＣ分析提供了帮助。     

Two New Isobutyltartrate Monoester from Coeloglossum viride （L.） Hartm.var.bracteatum（Willd.） Richter

Two new isobutyltartrate monoesters,coelovirin A (1) and B(2),were isolated from the rhizomes of Coeloglossum viride (L.) Hartm. var. bracteatum (Willd.) Richter (Orchidaceae). Their structures were elucidated as (2R,3S)-2-isobutyltartrate-1-(4-β-D-glucopyranosyloxybenzyl) ester 1 and (2R,3S)-2-isobutyltartrate-4-(4-β-D-glucopranosyloxybenzyl) ester 2 on the basis of physical constants and spectroscopic methods including 2D NMR techniques.     

Two New Xanthone Glycosides from Securidaca inappendiculate

Two new xanthone glycosides, securixanside B and C, were isolated fron the stems of Securidaca inappendiculate. Their structures were determined as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1,7-dihydroxyl-2-methoxyxanthone and 6-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-1-hydroxy-4,7-dimethoxyxanthone by spectroscopic methods.     

麝香草的新单萜配糖物的分离与合成

从麝香草(Thymus vulgaris L)的甲醇萃取物中分离出三个单萜配糖物. 用核磁共振光谱确定了它们的结构为对伞花-9-基-β-D-葡糖苷(1), 5-β-D-葡糖苷百里氢醌(2)和2-β-D-葡糖苷百里氢醌(3). 其中1是新化合物, 用以对伞花-9-醇为原料的对映体选择性合成方法确定了化合物1的8位的立体化学为R型.     

Studies on the Molecular Chain Conformation Stability of Aminated Konjac Glucomannan

Konjac glucomannan （KGM） was aminated by 2-chloroethyl-amine （CEA） as reagent so as to study the influence of concentration of CEA （based on the amount of KGM）, concentration of NaOH, reaction time and temperature on the extent of amination. And the molecular simulation technology was adopted to analyze the conformation stability of aminate （AKGM）. The results indicate that when the amount of CEA is higher, the extent of amination is higher. The optimum concentration of NaOH, reaction time and temperature are 10% NaOH, 70 ℃ and 45 rain, respectively. IR shows KGM is successfully aminated. The conformation of AKGM is in a random clew-like shape.
