Harmonically pump a femtosecond optical parametric oscillator to 1.13 GHz by a femtosecond 515 nm laser

We demonstrate a harmonically pumped femtosecond optical parametric oscillator(OPO)laser using a frequency-doubled mode-locked Yb:KGW laser at a repetition rate of 75.5 MHz as the pump laser.Based on a bismuth borate nonlinear crystal,repetition rates up to 1.13 GHz are realized,which is 15 times that of the pump laser.The signal wavelength is tunable from 700 nm to 887 nm.The maximum power of the signal is 207 m W at the central wavelength of 750 nm and the shortest pulse duration is 117 fs at 780 nm.The beam quality(M^2 factor)in the horizontal and vertical directions of the output beam are 1.077 and 1.141,respectively.     

高峰值功率固体飞秒激光振荡器技术的进展

总结了目前几种可产生兆瓦级（10^6W)峰值功率的飞秒（10^-15s)掺钛蓝宝石激光器的发展状况，分析了这类激光器相应的腔结构，讨论了相关的特点以及在实验上的应用前景。     

Characteristics of Nd：GdVO4 Laser with Different Nd-Doping Concentrations

We report the properties of a compact diode-pumped continuous-wave Nd：GdV04 laser with a linear cavity and different Nd-doped laser crystals. In a 0.2at.% Nd-doped Nd：GdVO4 laser, 1.54 W output laser power is achieved at 912nm wavelength with a slope efficiency of 24.8% at an absorbed pump power of 9.4W. With 0.3at.% Nd-doping concentration, we can obtain the either single-wavelength emission at 1064nm or 912nm or the dual-wavelength emission at 1064nm and 912nm by controlling the incident pump power. From an incident pump power of 11.6 W, the 1064nm emission between ^4Fa/2 and ^4I11/2 is suppressed completely by the 912nm emission between ^4Fa/2 and ^4I9/2. We obtain 670 mW output of the 912nm single-wavelength laser emission with a slope efficiency of 5.5% by taking an incident pump power of 18.4 W. Using a Nd：GdV04 laser with 0.4at.% Nd-doping concentration, we obtain either the single-wavelength emission at 1064nm or the dual-wavelength emission at both 1064nm and 912nm by increasing the incident pump power. We observe a strong competition process in the dualavelength laser.     

两台独立飞秒钛宝石振荡器的高精度主动同步研究

对两台独立钛宝石飞秒振荡器的高精度主动同步进行了研究.实验中共采用三套锁相环对它们输出的激光脉冲进行了主动同步控制，最终得到了时间抖动低于30fs的同步精度；由于通过计算机智能监控两台振荡器的相对腔长变动，使得高精度同步维持的时间高达40min.     

超短脉冲强激光与固体靶相互作用中Kα射线的实验研究

在相对论激光强度下，对p偏振30 fs激光与固体Cu靶相互作用中产生的Kα射线进行了实验研究.采用刀边成像技术和单光子计数X射线CCD相结合的探测装置，在单发激光脉冲打靶时同时得到X射线源的尺寸、能谱以及Kα光子的转换效率等多种信息.实验结果与Reich等人的理论计算结果有明显的差异，Kα光子的能量转换效率在激光功率密度为1.6×10¹⁸W/cm²的条件下达到最大值7.08×10^-6/sr.根据这一结果并结合蒙特卡罗程序，推断出在这一聚焦光强下激光能量转换为前向超热电子的效率约为10%.     

激光啁啾对激光等离子体细丝传输的影响

对不同啁啾状态下的飞秒激光在大气中的成丝过程进行了研究.实验研究发现成丝状况及其演化与初始激光脉冲的啁啾状态密切相关，适当的负啁啾有利于激光的成丝传输.当初始激光脉冲的啁啾量不断变大时，激光脉冲在大气中的成丝起点位置会逐渐变远.还研究了初始脉冲啁啾量对使用聚焦透镜产生的细丝的影响，发现其与自由传输情况具有相似的变化规律. 关键词： 飞秒激光等离子体通道 脉冲啁啾     

低阈值飞秒钛宝石激光器的理论研究

利用数值求解的方法，从理论上系统分析了决定钛宝石激光器锁模阈值的几个关键因素. 定 量分析了腔模对克尔效应的主导作用，并将光孤子模型引入低阈值锁模理论，分析了色散与 阈值的关系. 根据理论指导在实验上完成了一台阈值低至390 mW自启动飞秒掺钛蓝宝石激光 器. 关键词： 低阈值 掺钛蓝宝石激光器 克尔透镜锁模 光孤子     

用于氢原子1S-2S光谱研究的超窄线宽243nm半导体激光

近年来,随着激光稳频技术的发展,人们可以把972nm的外腔半导体激光器产生的激光进行放大和四倍频,并将它锁定到超稳定的光学法布里-珀罗腔上,从而可以获得Hz量级超窄线宽的243nm激光,使其成为研究氢原子1S-2S双光子跃迁的有力工具.文章主要介绍了超稳腔、四倍频243nm半导体激光器的研究进展及在氢原子1S-2S双光子跃迁精密光谱研究中的应用.
