自来水对银溶胶的聚集作用及其光谱特性

本文详细研究了银溶胶中加入自来水而引起银溶胶聚集的现象,这种聚集不是简单地堆积成团状,而是形成链状结构,即形成分形体态。     

掺铁铌酸锂(LiNbO_3:Fe)的光致损伤

本文研究了LiNbO_3:Fe的可见激光表面损伤;光伤迹线(位错滑移带与微裂纹)与针状微畸伴生。它们位于光斑边缘的正P_s端;微畴起于光伤迹线与晶体表面的圆柱形沟道。我们发现LN:Fe中的这些损伤缺陷能够为光生伏特效应下的空间电荷所缀饰;它们在正交偏光镜下明晰可见。本文讨论了由晶体缺陷所致的自增强衍射光,富集于缺陷的空间电荷所致的空洞场,以及由此场导致的发生在畴界上的静电斥力对此损伤所起的作用。     

F／Cl比与Eu~（2＋）：BaFCl中F色心的浓度和光激励截面的关系

研究了Ｅｕ（２＋）：ＢａＦｘＣｌ２在紫外线辐照下的光激励发光。通过改变激励方式及激励光的扫描方向，给出了Ｅｕ（２＋）：ＢａＦｘＣｌ２－ｘ光激励发光过程中，两种Ｆ色心的浓度比值与光激励截面比值的测定方法。利用这种测定方法，进一步研究了两种Ｆ色心的浓度比值和光激励截面比值与Ｆ／ＣＩ比值的关系。     

FAR-INFRARED AND INFRARED REFLECTIONS OF Tl2Ba2Ca2Cu3O10 FILM

The far-infrared and infrared reflection spectra of Tl₂Ba₂Ca₂Cu₃O₁₀ superconducting film are reported in this paper. It is found there are three sharp reflection edges in both the superconducting and normal states, their positions being near ≈ 150, ≈ 350 and ≈600 cm^-1. We attribute these reflection spectra to the Drude free carriers and a wide mid-infrared absorption band. When the incident angle increases from 7° to 30°, some additional stractures appear in the refiection spectra, which are the A_2u phonon modes vibrating along c-axis.     

Antiphase State in Passively Q-Switched Yb：YAG Microchip Lasers with a Nd,Cr：YAG as Saturable Absorber

We experimentally investigate the antiphase dynamics phenomenon that occurs in a diode-pumped passively Q-switched Yb:YAG multimode laser with a Nd,Cr:YAG saturable absorber. Due to the effect of spatial hole burning, the multimode lasers with one, two, or three modes at different pump power are observed, and the pulses sequences display classic antiphase dynamics.     

厚高阶光学非线性介质Z扫描的变分法分析

利用变分法对具有五阶光学非线性介质的Z扫描特性进行了研究。通过比较，发现当介质在具有较大的五阶非线性系数或较大光强的情况下，五阶非线性项的作用是不可忽略的。这对光限制器的设计和Z扫描实验都具有一定的指导意义。     

LiNbO3:Fe晶体中调制双光束耦合衍射效率的测定

通过对LiNbO₃:Fe晶体中双光束耦合中的任一束光强进行低频调制,其衍射效率比无调制时提高两倍多(由30％提高到76％)。用运动光栅理论解释了这一实验结果。 关键词：     

Study on external-cavity semiconductor laser

In this paper, a narrow-band tunable external-cavity semiconductor laser with the Littman set-up is reported. The laser system consists of a semiconductor laser, a blazed grating and an external mirror. Its sideband suppression ratio over 20 dB was obtained. Conveniently tuning in wavelength region of 797.38 - 807.26 nm was achieved. The laser is operating in single frequency with narrow linewidth smaller than 0.06 nm. The output beam has good directional stability when tuned.     

LD端抽运平直腔Nd:YVO4固态激光器的输出功率特性研究

对LD端抽运平直腔Nd:YVO₄固态激光器输出功率特性受激光器内在诸因素(热透镜效应、腔长、激活孔径等)的制约关系进行了研究.并用传播圆-变换圆图解分析方法给出了合理的解释，同时，对进一步提高其输出功率特性指出了方向. 关键词： 固体激光器 热透镜 变换圆 平直腔     

1.54μmEr3+,Yb3+共掺玻璃激光器的速率方程及数值分析

LD抽运共掺Er,Yb玻璃激光器中的跃迁过程较复杂,针对双掺离子之间的能量传递和Er3+的多种跃迁过程,给出了详细的准三能级系统的速率方程,在合理简化后进行了数值分析,分析了Er3+掺杂浓度和介质长度、抽运光斑、输出镜透过率、谐振腔长、抽运光的椭圆度等因素对激光阈值及斜率效率的影响. 关键词： 1.54μm激光 Er3+玻璃 速率方程 数值分析
