以玻碳电极为基础电极,用微波等离子体技术聚合沉积聚乙二胺等离子体膜,使之形成带氨基功能团的表面,再通过戊二醛交联共价固定辣根过氧化物酶,制得H2O2生物传感器.探讨了等离子体聚合膜的形成条件(如放电功率、单体流速、单体气压和聚合时间),讨论了工作电位、介体浓度和pH值对传感器响应的影响.此外,用红外光谱对等离子体聚合膜进行了表征.该传感器在5×10-7~1.1×10-3mol/LH2O2浓度范围内有线性响应,最低检测限为0.3μmol/L.将此传感器用于实际试样回收率的测定,结果良好. 相似文献

利用共焦显微拉曼系统研究了乙醇溶剂中2 巯基苯并噻唑(HMBT)在不同pH条件下吸附在ORC法粗糙化处理所得铁表面的SERS光谱。结果表明2 巯基苯并噻唑分子在酸性和中性溶液中通过环外S或环内N原子吸附于铁表面,而在碱性溶液中分子失去氢原子,并通过静电相互作用吸附于铁表面上。 相似文献

Two-photon photopolymerization (TPP) with femtosecond laser is a promising method to fabricate threedimensional (3D) photonic crystals (PCs). Based on the TPP principle, the micro-fabrication system has been built. The 3D woodpile PCs with rod space of 2000 nm are fabricated easily and different defects are introduced in order to form the cross-waveguide and the micro-laser structure PCs. Simulation results of the optical field intensity distributions using finite-difference time domain (FDTD) method are given, which support the designs and implementation of the PC of two types in theory. 相似文献

选取α Fe2O3和TiO2研究一种氧化物对另一种氧化物的拉曼散射效应。采用Sol gel方法制备纳米α Fe2O3/TiO2复合微粒,α Fe2O3粒径及含量分别为20nm、150nm和3%、6%、12%。制备过程中调节水解时的pH值和热处理温度,得到掺杂α Fe2O3粒子的不同晶型的TiO2纳米颗粒。Raman测量结果显示,α Fe2O3粒径越小、含量越高,TiO2对其散射效应的影响越大。不同的TiO2晶型对α Fe2O3纳米粒子的拉曼增强效应也不同。锐钛矿型及金红石型TiO2对α Fe2O3有一定的拉曼增强作用,当水解pH值较小时,得到板钛矿型TiO2,由于部分板钛矿型TiO2振动声子模的峰位与α Fe2O3的重叠,所以尚难观察它对α Fe2O3的拉曼增强效应。 相似文献

合成了 5种稀土萘甲酸邻菲咯啉三元配合物 ,其通式为RE(Nap) 3·phen(RE3 =Y3 ,La3 ,Eu3 ,Tb3 ,Dy3 ;Nap- =萘甲酸根 ;phen =邻菲咯啉 )。测定了配合物的IR和Raman光谱 ,对配合物的振动频率作了归属。光谱数据表明 ,稀土离子与萘甲酸的COO- 以双齿方式配位 ,与邻菲咯啉的CN基形成五员螯环。 相似文献

As a van der Waals ferromagnet with high Curie temperature, Fe5-xGeTe2 has attracted tremendous interests recently. Here, using high-resolution angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES), we systematically investigated the electronic structure of Fe5-xGeTe2 crystals and its temperature evolution. Our ARPES measurement reveals two types of band structures from two different terminations with slight kz evolution. Interestingly, across the ferromagnetic transition, we observed the merging of two split bands above the Curie temperature, suggesting the band splitting due to the exchange interaction within the itinerant Stoner model. Our results provide important insights into the electronic and magnetic properties of Fe5-xGeTe2 and the understanding of magnetism in a two-dimensional ferromagnetic system. 相似文献

This paper investigates the photodetachment of the negative hydrogen ion H near an elastic wall in a magnetic field.The magnetic field confines the perpendicular motion of the electron,which results in a real three-dimensional well for the detached electron.The analytical formulas for the cross section of the photodetachment in the threedimensional quantum well are derived based on both the quantum approach and closed-orbit theory.The magnetic field and the elastic surface lead to two completely different modulations to the cross section of the photodetachment.The oscillation amplitude depends on the strength of the magnetic field,the ion-wall distance and the photon polarization as well.Specially,for the circularly polarized photon-induced photodetachment,the cross sections display a suppressed(E E th) 1/2 threshold law with energy E in the vicinity above Landau energy E th,contrasting with the(E E th) 1/2 threshold law in the presence of only the magnetic field.The semiclassical calculation fits the quantum result quite well,although there are still small deviations.The difference is attributed to the failure of semiclassical mechanics. 相似文献
