化学实验操作技能遗忘进程的实验研究

以大学化学系新生为实验对象,以分析天平为实验材料,对化学实验操作技能的遗忘进程进行了实验研究,讨论了化学实验操作技能遗忘曲线理论,对实验结果进行了探讨,提出了改进化学实验教学,提高学习质量的看法和建议,从而补充了动作操作遗忘进程在化学实验操作技能中的遗忘规律。     

有机化学实验教学模式探究——以“1-溴丁烷的制备”为列

在有机化学合成实验中影响实验结果和产率的因素有很多。通过让学生自主研究1-溴丁烷的制备过程中实验条件、实验装置和实验步骤等合成条件对实验结果的影响,以及对实验总体的分析,从而让学生充分理解和掌握了进行有机合成实验的操作技能和思维方法,以及创新能力,为以后有机化学实验的学习提供了良好的基础。同时,也探讨了一些关于有机化学实验的有效教学方法,为以后有机化学实验教学研究奠定了一定基础。     

地方高等师范院校化学实验课程体系的构建与实践

构建了化学实验教学新体系,即＂二体系三层次＂的化学实验课程体系。其中二体系为基础化学实验课程和综合化学实验课程;在三层次中,基本操作实验为第一层次,基础性、设计性实验为第二层次,综合性实验为第三层次。该体系的建立、实践、推广凸现了地方高等师范院校化学专业实验课程的特色与优势。     

多方位做好实验辅助提升教学质量

以实验技术人员的视角,从不同实验环节出发,全面总结实验辅助工作,并提炼为实验辅助大三部曲和小三部曲。该方面的工作体系源于实验室开设的"化学生物学综合实验",反哺了实验室多门实验课程,取得了良好的效果,促进了实验教学质量的提升,同时也为环境育人创造了有利的条件。     

化学实验中的绿色化技术

绿色化技术是新课程化学实验倡导的实验技术之一,但是使用现有的仪器使化学实验技术绿色化显得力不从心。为此,我们研制了一些装置,并从实验前的准备、实验的实施和实验产物的处理3个阶段对化学实验绿色化技术进行了探索,为开展绿色化学实验和改进实验仪器提供了思路。     

基于实验探究的整合教学模式案例研究

以“二氧化碳的性质和用途”为教学案例,设计了家庭实验和分组实验等实验探究活动,改进了传统的演示实验与板书,并对上述内容进行了整合研究,形成了基于实验探究的整合教学模式。     

浅谈无机化学实验教学内容的改革

本文阐述了面向 2 1世纪无机化学实验内容改革的必要性 ,主要论述了无机化学实验应以基本操作为目的 ,理论和生活为导向进行实验内容的改革的观点。     

研究型高分子实验内容设计的思考与实践

加强学生实验能力和创新能力培养在我国未来高等教育中占有极其重要的地位。实行基础型实验、综合型实验、研究创新型实验"三层次"教学,是化学实验教育的大势所趋。其中研究型实验内容的设计与安排极具挑战性。本文着重探讨了研究型实验的特征及开展研究型实验的必要性,结合我校应用化学专业高分子模块的课程设置,设计了一个以聚乙酸乙酯的合成、改性、表征、性能测试为主线的研究型实验,从而探索研究性实验内容的设计与实施,为研究型实验内容的开设提供思路。     

提高高分子化学实验效果的尝试

以丙烯酰胺的水溶液聚合为例,探讨如何提高高分子化学实验的作用:一是将验证性实验扩展为研究性实验,即将同一实验内容改变实验条件分给不同组进行,而后汇总讨论;二是引导学生认真观察实验现象,广泛地与生产实际相联系,和后续课程进行衔接,丰富了实验内涵.研究性实验和丰富实验内涵极大地激发了学生学习兴趣与潜能,从而提高了实验效果.     

理科高等院校高分子化学综合实验的创新设计与教学实践

结合近些年我们的教学实践,介绍了为适应综合性理科高等院校不再单独设立高分子本科专业的办学要求,南京大学在综合化学实验课程体系中开设高分子综合性实验的内容设置及教学安排。实验内容主要包括综合性实验和研究性实验两大类,综合性实验要能较为全面地涵盖高分子学科的基本知识点和学生必须掌握的各种实验技能,研究性实验为科研型课题实验。紧密结合研究前沿的创新实验设计起到沟通教学实验与科学研究工作的桥梁作用,缩短了学生进入科研实验室从事课题研究上手的时间,取得了比较好的教学效果。     

Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. 利用手持技术改进测定乙醇分子结构实验

利用压强传感器代替排水集气法,改进测定乙醇分子结构实验的仪器装置,并探索最佳反应条件。另外,设计两个空白实验,结合压强变化曲线对实验误差进行相关讨论。     

光谱仪测试范围的扩展

由于石化行业的生产需要，其材质的使用具有多样性和广泛性，经常会出现顾客委托的测试样品的一个或几个元素跨越光谱仪现有测试程序测量范围的情况。本法通过对光谱仪测试原理的认识，根据光谱仪的测试能力及标样的采集，实现了一个或几个元素测量范围的扩展，并对其测量的影响因素进行了研究。

Influence of viscosity of medium on processes of oxygen quenching of excited states of mesoporphyrin

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. Dichroism of absorption and polarization of phosphorescence of molecules of the closed form of nitrobenzospirothiopyran

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom.
