为了实现双通带频率选择表面(FSS)在较厚介质基底、 较大频带间隔和入射角度下的工程应用, 设计制备了一种性能优良的Ku/Ka波段双频FSS结构. 利用FSS栅瓣图分析了FSS具有稳定滤波特性的条件. 应用矢量模式匹配法计算了基于分形技术和复合图形技术的FSS的传输特性. 根据单元谐振模式和FSS传输特性归纳了厚介质基底、较远双通带FSS的设计原则, 最终优化出一种由方环复合“Y”环单元组成的FSS结构. 结果表明: 该结构在6.7 mm厚介质基底上0°-45°扫描范围内, 在Ku/Ka波段具有稳定的双频传输特性, 透过率均优于75%. 这为设计基底厚度较大、频带间隔较远、入射角度要求较高的双带FSS结构提供了理论参考与实验依据. 关键词: 频率选择表面 双通带 分形结构FSS 复合结构FSS  相似文献

通过对十字孔径单元的四个端点添加L形的孔径,给出了一种新单元的频率选择表面(FSS)设计,同时通过拆分,得到了相对应的拆分单元FSS.利用谱域法,对两种FSS结构从理论上进行了分析,在TE波入射时角度变化、大角度入射时极化变化对中心频率的影响以及通带带宽三个方面进行了研究,并采用镀膜和光刻技术制备了两种FSS结构的实验样件,在微波暗室中进行测试,得到的实验曲线与理论仿真曲线基本一致.结果表明:新单元的两种FSS结构的中心频率均能在TE波入射时实现角度稳定性和大角度入射时实现极化稳定性;拆分单元FSS的中心 关键词: 频率选择表面(FSS) 新单元 极化稳定性 角度稳定性  相似文献

The tunable multi-band selective absorption effect with graphene nano-ribbon metamaterial is investigated. It is achieved by depositing a set of graphene nano-ribbons on a dielectric spacer backed with a metallic mirror. A dual-band and tri-band absorbers are designed to illustrate such multi-band selective absorption behavior. The designed graphene absorbers exhibit near-unity absorption at multiple resonance frequencies, which is attributed to the plasmonic resonance of graphene nano-ribbons with different widths. Moreover, the multiple resonance wavelengths can be tuned in a wide frequency range by changing the Fermi energy and the absorbers possess large angle insensitivity. Last, a Fabry-Perot model is employed to give a physical understanding of such multi-band selective absorption effect. It is believed that the conclusions may be useful for designing of next-generation graphene-based optoelectronic devices.  相似文献

 针对红外双波段成像系统性能测试与评估的应用需求,设计了3 μm~5 μm和8 μm~12 μm红外双波段视景仿真用离轴三反光学系统。在共轴三反光学系统成像理论基础上,分析了孔径光栏远离主镜的离轴三反系统像差特性,研究了大出瞳距、大相对孔径条件下离轴三反光学系统的结构设计和像差平衡方法。系统焦距为330 mm,F#为3,视场为6°×4.5°,出瞳距为750 mm,在空间频率10 lp/mm 处,中波红外MTF>0.65,长波红外MTF>0.4,接近衍射极限。具有大视场、大出瞳距、高分辨率、结构紧凑等特点。  相似文献

This paper presents a negative refractive index tunable metamaterial based on F-Shape structure which is capable of achieving dual-band negative permeability and permittivity, thus dual-band negative refractive index. An electromagnetic simulation was performed and effective media parameters were retrieved. Numerical investigations show clear existence of two frequency bands in which permeability and permittivity both are negative. The two negative refractive index bandwidths are from 23.8 GHz to 24.1 GHz and from 28.3 GHz to 34.9 GHz, respectively. The geometry of the structure is simple so it can easily be fabricated. The proposed structure can be used in multiband and broad band devices, as the band range in second negative refractive index region is 7 GHz, for potential applications instead of using complex geometric structures and easily tuned by varying the separation between the horizontal wires.  相似文献

A dual-band flexible frequency selective surface (FSS) with miniaturized elements and maximally flat (Butterworth) response is presented in this paper. It is composed of three metallic layers, which are fabricated on thin flexible polyimide substrates and bonded together using thin bonding films. The overall thickness of the proposed structure is only about 0.3 mm, making it an attractive choice for conformal FSS applications. All the three layers can constitute a miniaturized- element FSS (MEFSS) and produce the first pass-band with miniaturization property, while the up and bottom layers can constitute a symmetric biplanar FSS and produce the second pass-band with maximally fiat (Butterworth) response. The two pass-bands are independent and there is a wide band spacing up to 30 GHz between them. The principles of operation, the simulated results by using the vector modal matching method, and the experimental values of the fabricated prototype are also presented and discussed.  相似文献

Based on the substrate integrated waveguide technology,we present a dual-band frequency selective surface(FSS) with a quasi-elliptic bandpass response.The characteristics of the quasi-elliptic bandpass response are realized by shunting two substrate integrated waveguide cavities of different sizes,with the same slots on both sides of the metal surfaces.Four cavities of different sizes and two slots of different sizes are used to design the novel FSS.Every bandpass response with sharp sidebands is induced by two transmission nulls that are generated by the coupling between the slot aperture resonance and the cavity resonance.The simulation results show that such dual-band FSS has the advantages of high selectivity and stable performance at different oblique incident angles.Moreover,it is easy to fabricate.  相似文献

This study presents two multimode stepped-impedance structures to design single-and dual-band filters. Transmission zeroes are introduced for the single-band filter by using dual-mode stepped-impedance resonators. The single-band filter with high selectivity is centered at 6.02 GHz and has a fractional bandwidth(FBW) of 25.6%. Four stubs(two low frequency and two high frequency ones) are connected to the rectangular patch in the center to construct a quadruplemode resonator. The independent conditions of the center frequencies of the high and low bands of the resonator are analyzed. A dual-band filter, which operates at 1.53 GHz and 2.44 GHz with FWBs of 12.1% and 14.1%, respectively is designed. The single-and dual-band filters are both fabricated with double-sided YBCO films and they can be used in mobile and satellite communications.  相似文献

We report on three types of tunable dual-band metamaterial with dual negative refraction in this paper. The three types of metamaterial are composed of ferrite slabs and three different metallic resonators, including split-ring resonators (SRR), Ω-like resonators, and short wire pairs. The ferrite slabs under an applied magnetic bias provide one magnetic resonance frequency band and the three metallic resonators provide another magnetic resonance frequency band, respectively. The continuous wires within the metamaterials provide the negative permittivity in a wide frequency band covering the two magnetic resonance bands. We give the design, analysis and numerical demonstrations of three such types of metamaterial in detail. The effective electromagnetic parameters obtained from the simulated S-parameters indicate that the three types of metamaterial indeed exhibit two negative refraction passbands and the two passbands can also be shifted by changing the magnetic bias. Our results open the way to fabricate tunable dual-band metamaterial cloaks, absorbers, and antennas.  相似文献

设计和制备了含螺旋单元频率选择表面吸波片的三层复合吸波体,上层和下层均为磁性吸波片,中间层为带缺口的螺旋单元频率选择表面.复合吸波体在总厚度分别为1.4,1.7和2.0 mm时,其反射率在-10d B以下的频带宽度分别达到了9.29,6.69和7.11 GHz,与不含有频率选择表面的吸波体相比较(其他参数相同),-10d B以下反射率带宽分别提高了159.5%,69.3%和129.4%,复合吸波体在总厚度低于吸波体时,也取得了更好的反射效果.带缺口圆螺旋单元的频率选择表面嵌入吸波体中,引入了额外的吸收频带,拓宽了吸波体的反射率频带宽度.仿真分析表明嵌入频率选择表面能够改善吸波体的阻抗匹配性,进而影响其反射率.  相似文献

An effective negative refractive index (NRI) is demonstrated and experimentally verified for the first two propagation bands of a fishnet-like metamaterial at millimeter-wave frequencies. The dual-band NRI behavior is achieved by engineering the diffraction order (±1, ±1) associated with the internal mode supported between holey layers to correspond with the second propagation band. In addition to the experimental interferometric technique that accounts for the handedness of the propagation, numerical results are given to predict the dual-band effective NRI and to confirm dual-band negative refraction for a prism composed of the proposed metamaterial.  相似文献

为了满足现代通信设备多频带及集成化要求,基于耦合机理和谐振机理,在实心半波壁雷达罩和A 夹层雷达罩等效平板基底上设计了一种由容性表面(内嵌谐振单元)-感性表面-容性表面(内嵌谐振单元)-等效基底级联而成的Ku/Ka波段双通带频率选择表面结构. 根据FSS的物理结构建立了等效电路模型,分析了滤波机理,利用全波分析软件计算了两种FSS雷达罩的传输特性. 该结构基于容性表面与感性表面的耦合作用在Ku波段形成具有微型化特性的第一通带,基于两个容性表面内嵌的方环单元谐振在Ka波段形成第二通带,两通带透过率分别为89%,94.7%(实心半波壁FSS雷达罩)、88.2%/93.7%(A夹层FSS雷达罩),在0°–45°扫描范围内,两通带传输特性稳定. 在半波壁雷达罩的等效平板上制作了Ku/Ka双通带实验样件,利用自由空间法测试其传输特性,在制作误差允许的范围内,测试结果与仿真结果基本一致. 为研究通带间隔较宽的多频FSS 提供了理论和实验依据. 关键词: 雷达罩 频率选择表面(FSS) 双通带  相似文献

设计了一种将两个不同波段微波源输出微波馈向同一个馈源喇叭的双波段馈线结构。该结构不仅对两个微波源输出的TM01模进行了有效的模式转换,而且实现了两个波段的微波共用辐射天线。采用双弯曲圆波导模式转换器实现高频段微波源输出微波的模式转换和轴线的定量平移;采用中间模式为矩形波导TE10模的圆波导TM01模-同轴波导TE11模的模式转换器,实现低频段微波源输出微波的模式转换及与高频段微波源输出微波的共轴输出。数值仿真结果验证了设计思路的正确性。  相似文献

We report a novel (to the best of our knowledge) simultaneous 1310/1550 two-wavelength band swept laser source and dual-band common-path swept-source optical coherence tomography (SS-OCT). Synchronized dual-wavelength tuning is performed by using two laser cavities and narrowband wavelength filters with a single dual-window polygonal scanner. Measured average output powers of 60 and 27 mW have been achieved for the 1310 and 1550 nm bands, respectively, while the two wavelengths were swept simultaneously from 1227 to 1387 nm for the 1310 nm band and from 1519 to 1581 nm for the 1550 nm band at an A-scan rate of 65 kHz. Broadband wavelength-division multiplexing is used for coupling two wavelengths into a common-path single-mode GRIN-lensed fiber probe to form dual-band common-path SS-OCT. Simultaneous OCT imaging at 1310 and 1550 nm is achieved. This technique allows for in vivo high-speed OCT imaging with potential application in functional (spectroscopic) investigations.  相似文献

由于等效电阻谐振条件限制, 传统的单层电路模拟吸波体(CA)结构在低频段不能形成多个谐振点. 为了突破这个限制, 本文提出了一种金属线阵列嵌入的单层CA结构. 该结构在低频段形成了双谐振峰吸收, 拓展了吸波频带. 采用准静态模型, 分析金属线阵列嵌入的单层CA结构内的电磁波的散射. 分析结果表明, 金属线阵列的嵌入使结构的介质层在低频激发等离子体谐振. 在该谐振频率点, 结构形成额外吸收峰, 该吸收峰和单层CA结构原有的吸收峰一起实现了双峰吸收. 实验和FDTD数值计算结果相符合, 结果表明该结构在不增加厚度的前提下, 扩展了低频段的吸波频段. 关键词: 金属线阵列 宽带吸波 电路模拟吸波体 电阻型频率选择表面  相似文献

为进一步提高传统Salisbury屏的吸波性能, 本文提出了利用高阻抗表面在特定频率同相反射的特性, 替代原有结构中的金属平板设计多频带Salisbury屏的方法. 通过分析不同频率电磁波经高阻抗表面反射后空间电磁场的场强分布, 说明可以通过共用Salisbury屏的损耗层, 在高阻抗表面同相反射的特征频率附近引入新的吸收带. 以不同尺寸方形周期结构的单频和双频高阻抗表面为例, 从仿真和实验两个方面验证了多频带Salisbury屏设计的可行性, 且实验和仿真结果十分符合. 结果表明, 多频带Salisbury屏基本保留了原有的吸波性能, 同时又引入了新的吸收峰, 吸收峰的位置和数量与高阻抗表面同相反射的频带位置和数目有关. 与传统的Salisbury屏相比, 在材料增加厚度不足1 mm 的情况下, 多频带Salisbury屏的设计使反射率小于-10 dB的吸波带宽由8.5 GHz增加到10.1 GHz, 且实现了向长波方向的拓展, 最低频率由7.5 GHz拓展到5.98 GHz.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

A compact dual-band antenna designed for operating in IEEE 802.11b/g WLAN (2.4–2.484?GHz) and ITU frequency bands (8.01–8.5?GHz) is presented in this communication. The antenna has two distinct resonant modes generated with the help of three U-shaped transmission lines and a modified ground plane. A periodic repeating pattern of metamaterial unit cells integrated on the same plane of the substrate has enhanced the antenna performances using improved loading method. The measured bandwidth of the metamaterial-embedded antenna is increased by 16% in the lower operating band and 6% in the upper operating band. The compact proposed antenna provides wide measured bandwidths of about 40% (2–3?GHz) in the lower and 16% (8.19–9.63?GHz) in the upper frequency spectra. The maximum measured gain of the proposed antenna is increased around 3.63?dB at 2.36?GHz and 1?dB at 8.45?GHz. The proposed antenna radiator is about 89.6% compact with respect to a conventional antenna. An excellent agreement of the simulation with the benchmark results validates the design of the proposed structure.  相似文献

本文提出了一种基于人工表面等离激元的频率选择结构的设计方法:将设计的频率选择表面和金属鱼骨结构阵列相结合得到一种新的频率选择结构.文中采用这种方法设计了一种具有陡截止和高透、高抑制性能的双通带频率选择结构.该结构由金属鱼骨结构阵列和上下两层相同的频率选择表面复合而成.通过仿真可得,该结构的两个通带频率范围分别是3.0–4.1和10.5–10.9 GHz,透射率均在-0.5 dB以上.透射率低于-10 dB的频率范围是4.7–9.2和12.1–18 GHz.在12.4–15.5 GHz频率范围内,该结构的透射率甚至低于-20 dB.在通带内,电磁波可以高效地透过该结构;在阻带内,该结构对电磁波的透射具有较好的抑制作用.测试结果表明用这种方法设计出的频率选择结构的实际性能和仿真基本一致.在金属鱼骨结构空隙中填入轻质泡沫后该结构具有一定的力学承载性能,可以实现结构功能一体化的设计.  相似文献

A dual-passband single-polarized converter based on the band-stop frequency selective surface(FSS)with a low radar cross-section(RCS)is designed in this article.The unit cell of the proposed converter is formed by a polarization layer attached to the band-stop frequency selective surface.The simulation results reveal that the co-polarization reflection coefficients below-10 d B are achieved in 3.82–13.64 GHz with a 112.4%fractional bandwidth(the ratio of the signal bandwidth to the central frequency).Meanwhile,a polarization conversion band is realized from 8.14 GHz to 9.27 GHz with a polarization conversion ratio which is over 80%.Moreover,the 1 d B transmission window is obtained in two nonadjacent bands of 3.42–7.02 GHz and 10.04–13.91 GHz corresponding to the relative bandwidths of 68.9%and 32.3%,respectively.Furthermore,the radar cross-section of the designed structure can be reduced in the wideband from 2.28 GHz to 14 GHz,and the 10 d B RCS reduction in the range of 4.10–13.35 GHz is achieved.In addition,the equivalent circuit model of this converter is established,and the simulation results of the Advanced Design System(ADS)match well with those of CST Microwave Studio(CST).The archetype of the designed converter is manufactured and measured.The experiment results match the simulation results well,which proves the reliability of the simulation results.  相似文献

In this paper, we present the design, simulation, and experimental verification of a dual-band free-standing metamaterial filter operating in a frequency range of 1 THz–30 THz. The proposed structure consists of periodically arranged composite air holes, and exhibits two broad and flat transmission bands. To clarify the effects of the structural parameters on both resonant transmission bands, three sets of experiments are performed. The first resonant transmission band shows a shift towards higher frequency when the side width w_1 of the main air hole is increased. In contrast, the second resonant transmission band displays a shift towards lower frequency when the side width w_2 of the sub-holes is increased, while the first resonant transmission band is unchanged. The measured results indicate that these resonant bands can be modulated individually by simply optimizing the relevant structural parameters(w_1 or w_2) for the required band. In addition, these resonant bands merge into a single resonant band with a bandwidth of 7.7 THz when w_1 and w_2 are optimized simultaneously. The structure proposed in this paper adopts different resonant mechanisms for transmission at different frequencies and thus offers a method to achieve a dual-band and low-loss filter.  相似文献
