提出了一种新型的光纤法布里-珀罗(F-P)折射率传感器,该传感器由单模光纤头端面和靠近该端面的由157 nm激光加工而成的短空气腔构成.短空气腔两个端面的反射光和光纤头端面的反射光发生干涉形成了传感器的反射谱干涉条纹.干涉条纹的对比度受光纤头端面外部的折射率影响,在干涉条纹包络的波谷处具有最大的对比度,外部待测折射率可通过计算该处的对比度得到.传感器对温度不敏感同,测量范围广.在1.33至1.441范围内,折射率灵敏度约为27 dB,分辨率约为1.12X10-4;在1.45~1.62范围内.折射率灵敏度约为24 dB,分辨率约为1.26×10-4.  相似文献

分析了利用掺铁铌酸锂晶体作介质的简并四波混频及其在干涉计量术中应用的原理,描述了被测透明样品的表面各光波及其干涉形成的透射条纹及反射条纹,利用光折变晶体的介电驰豫特性,求得透射条纹和反射条纹的对比度随时间变化的公式及各参数的相互关系。对由透射条纹及反射条纹计算被测透明物体样品折射率和厚度不均匀性的方法作了数学分析,提出一种新型四波混频实时测量透明物体的光学不均匀性的方法和实验光路,对相关参数对测量过程及测量结果的影响作了探讨,得到了平板玻璃样品的干涉条纹图像,计算出实验结果。  相似文献

本文描述了以激光为光源测量平板玻璃折射率实验中成像场产生散斑的现象,并获得了一种简单有效的散斑削减方法.理论上激光经过漫散体后产生微光束干涉场,利用统计学的规律,总结出了散斑元之间对比度的影响因素.实验中,选取动-静毛玻璃对作为削减器件,利用静止漫散体增加入射光的粗糙程度,通过缓慢旋转的运动漫散体,可将散斑对比度降为4%左右,使干涉条纹清晰可见.  相似文献

全息曝光系统中干涉条纹的稳定性直接影响光栅掩模质量。研究了参考干涉条纹的特性,提出一种光栅相位、倾斜度和周期的检测方法。为提高光栅曝光系统的稳定性,设计了一套全息光栅干涉条纹三维锁定系统。利用摄像机对参考干涉条纹进行检测,利用微电机和压电陶瓷对光路进行微调,可实现对光栅相位、倾斜度和周期的有效控制。实验结果表明,三维锁定系统可有效提高干涉条纹的稳定性,缩短光栅曝光前的静台稳定时间,提高光栅曝光对比度,可为大口径全息光栅曝光质量的提高提供技术支持。  相似文献

 束流截面尺寸测量对优化系统参数、确保光源运行至关重要。采用干涉法测量合肥同步辐射光源束流截面垂直方向的尺寸。基于Cittert-Zernike 定理,利用双缝干涉条纹的对比度得出相干度和束流截面尺寸。测量系统由干涉成像与图像处理系统组成。进行了5组试验,试验结果证明了干涉法测量合肥同步辐射束流截面尺寸的可行性。  相似文献

宽光谱干涉显微术广泛应用于高精密检测领域, 它测量样品形貌通常采用垂直扫描干涉术对亚微米至毫米级特征进行测量,以及相移干涉术对纳米级特征进行测量。其中,相移干涉术精度可达纳米级,但量程有限,高度变化对应的相位需限制在区间内。采用包裹相位展开算法可以扩展相移干涉术的量程,也仅适用于平滑表面,当高度起伏超出焦深或者光源相干长度的限定范围时,干涉条纹模糊或对比度丧失,所解算的结果将产生较大误差甚至错误。提出一种基于相位展开及拼接算法的高精度、大量程宽光谱干涉显微测量方法,以干涉条纹调制度量化条纹质量,条纹对比度高、成像清晰的区域对应调制度较高,定义当前焦面条纹调制度高于阈值的区域为理想区域,定义焦面条纹调制度低于阈值的区域为问题区域。以相位展开算法获得理想区域中的样品相位分布,问题区域的包裹相位不进行展开。使用微位移结构纵向移动物镜焦平面,选择合理的步长,使相邻焦面位置理想区域展开后的真实相位保持部分区域重合,根据重合区域的相位值均差可以实现不同焦面位置的高精度相位拼接,最终获得扩展量程的高精度真实相位结果,进而可以恢复样品完整的表面形貌分布。该算法通过对理想区域的筛选,避免了相位在问题区域展开带来的误差,可以得到精确的测量结果。通过模拟计算和实验验证,证明了该方法不仅保持了宽光谱干涉显微术中相移干涉术的纳米级高精度,还可将其量程从数百纳米拓展到数微米。而且,该方法精度不依赖于位移部件,理论上量程可以拓展到显微物镜的全工作距离。  相似文献

针对单波长Mirau干涉显微镜存在测量范围小和2π模糊等问题,提出了多波长Mirau偏振干涉显微镜,以实现微观轮廓的大动态范围测量的和表面粗糙度等显微结构的瞬态检测。系统利用R、G、B三个单色LED光源实现多波长干涉;利用彩色偏振相机获取瞬态相移干涉条纹图,降低实时瞬态检测中复杂的环境扰动影响;利用线栅偏振片调节条纹对比度,满足不同被测对象的反射率检测要求。为验证系统方案的可行性,经过系统误差补偿校准后测量标称值为1.993 9μm的标准微米台阶,结果与标称值的偏差约为5.4 nm。利用该方法与Wyko干涉仪对金刚石车削凸面反射镜表面微观轮廓和表面粗糙度进行测量,表面粗糙度测量结果均方根值偏差为3.7 nm,验证了该系统可实现高精度的大动态范围测量。  相似文献

利用功率反馈排除晶格阱深波动导致的不稳定性后,主要研究了激光在空间或介质中传输的相位波动对晶格中超冷原子对比度的影响。通过晃动光晶格,人为引入可控相位噪声来测量其对原子对比度的影响,发现不同强度的相位噪声对实验结果的影响显著不同。但是小强度的相位噪声对超冷原子干涉对比度的影响并不明显,目前干涉对比度的测量精度并不能完全反映出激光相位对冷原子系统相干性的影响,说明这种空间构型光晶格在捕获超冷原子方面具有较高的稳健性。所提出的激光相位锁定技术可以有效减少晶格系统中的相位噪声,为未来空间构型光晶格中更精密的测量提供了基础。  相似文献

The processes of formation of average-intensity interference fringes upon diffraction by a random-phase object of a laser beam having interference fringes and focused on the surface of the object are considered. The dependences of the fringe contrast on the parameters of scattering inhomogeneities of the object and the parameters of the focused laser beam are established in analytical form for various diffraction regimes. Practical possibilities of a method of probing of scattering objects in problems of measuring the parameters of inhomogeneities and problems of interference-pattern formation in optical systems with scattering media are discussed.  相似文献

In this paper, tunable diode laser absorption spectroscopy humidity measurements with an ultra-compact measurement cell are presented. The optical path length is 2 cm. The system uses a vertical cavity surface emitting laser at 1.854 μm. The main limiting factor of the humidity resolution is not the noise but interference fringes produced by reflecting surfaces. Next to the system setup, a novel rejection method to eliminate these fringes, based on Fourier domain analysis of the absorption line, is described. In contrast to other fringe rejection methods, the presented method is able to handle fringes, whose free spectral range is in the range of the half width of the absorption line. The achievable humidity resolution for the presented cell is below 0.25 % relative humidity at room temperature.  相似文献

We demonstrate a novel waveform mesurement system of ultra-short optical pulses based on the two-photon absorption process in a Si-image sensor. Using an interferometer with a tilt mirror in the reference path, the relative time difference between the signal and reference pulses is spatially distributed on the Si-image sensor, so the intensity auto-correlation is monitored as an image at a time without using moving parts. This system can create or remove an interference fringe pattern overlapped on the auto-correlation image by controlling the polarization states of the laser pulse, which is useful for measuring the crossing angle between the signal and reference beams as well as avoiding contamination of the interference fringe into the auto-correlation image. We successfully measured optical pulses less than 100 fs from a fiber ring laser with a temporal resolution of 0.4 fs. The obtained waveform agreed well with that observed with a conventional second harmonic generation (SHG) based auto-correlator.  相似文献

A method for automatically measuring the surface form deviation of the plane optical element is presented. It uses the image pre-processing technique to obtain the centerlines of the interference fringes, the grid line technique to search the average fringe spacing and the maximum curvature of the interference fringes, and the normalization to obtain the value of surface form deviation of the optical element. The experimental results show that the measuring precision of the surface form deviation of the plane optical element reaches the value of 0.1 and the method improves the adaptation capability of processing the interference fringes, which indicates that the method can substitute the visual interpretation of interference fringes in high-noise workshop environment.  相似文献

Zero-order interference fringe identification is a powerful tool for measuring large step heights. In contrast to white light scanning interferometry, this study utilizes an external cavity diode laser as the light source. The zero-path difference point can be accurately identified by combining wavelength scanning interferometry, in which the laser wavelength is continuously changed, with single wavelength interferometry, in which the laser wavelength is fixed. The experimental apparatus is a two-arm interferometer containing the sample in the measurement arm. The step height denotes the distance between two locations of a zero-order interference fringe, which are obtained by continuously varying the length of the reference arm. The accuracy of a sample of 10 mm step height was found to be 0.33 μm.  相似文献

菲涅耳双棱镜干涉在相衬成像和全息显微术中有重要应用。为了促进其应用,本文从信息光学角度研究双棱镜干涉,首先利用光场与脉冲响应函数之间的关系,理论导出了菲涅耳双棱镜干涉条纹强度公式,分析并讨论了狭缝缝宽及狭缝到双棱镜距离对菲涅耳双棱镜干涉条纹的影响,狭缝宽度大于0. 1 mm时,干涉条纹分辨率变差。接着给出了改变狭缝宽度(变化量为0. 08 mm)和改变狭缝到双棱镜的距离(从8 cm变化到12 cm)的实验结果,理论分析和实验结果一致。该结果有助于促进菲涅耳双棱镜干涉在相衬成像等领域的应用。  相似文献

The possibilities of the most sensitive method of laser thermometry of transparent and semitransparent plates have been determined for the varying optical properties of the surface and the conditions of the surface probing. The contrast of light interference in the plates was studied as a function of the diameter of the probing laser beam, the angle of the light incidence onto the surface and its roughness, and the presence of antireflecting and reflecting films on the surface. It is established that the contrast also depends on the transverse temperature gradient in the plate. The measurements were made on silicon single crystals and the optical K-8 glass.  相似文献

研究了基于迈克尔逊干涉条纹对比法测量微位移的实验。用He-Ne激光器、反射镜和分束镜组成的干涉光路,其中一个反射镜固定在被测物体上,通过被测物体的移动带动反射镜移动使干涉光路发生变化,从而导致干涉条纹的改变。在形成干涉条纹的位置利用线阵CCD采集干涉条纹图像,用序列图像对比的方法对图像进行处理和计算,得出被测物体的微位移。实验表明利用序列图像对比的方法测量微位移,方法切实可行、测量准确度高、测量的精度能够达到微米量级。  相似文献

Second-harmonic optical coherence tomography, which uses coherence gating of second-order nonlinear optical responses of biological tissues for imaging, is described and demonstrated. Femtosecond laser pulses were used to excite second-harmonic waves from collagen harvested from rat tail tendon and a reference non-linear crystal. Second-harmonic interference fringe signals were detected and used for image construction. Because of the strong dependence of second-harmonic generation on molecular and tissue structures, this technique imparts contrast and resolution enhancement to conventional optical coherence tomography.  相似文献
