重离子治癌的磁扫描照射野形成法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在论述重离子治癌照射的基本思想及其特点的基础上,着重对磁扫描照射野形成的两种技术路线——点扫描和栅扫描的优缺点进行了分析阐述.初步给出了 HIRFL上的重离子治癌终端磁扫描相关参数. The basic principle and characteristic of irradiation in heavy ion radiotherapy are introduced. Based on the basic principle and characteristic of irradiation in heavy ion radiotherapy, two magnetic scan methods for creating uniform irradiation field--the spot scan and the raster scan, are compared briefly. The parameter requests to the magnetic scanning system of the heavy ion radiotherapy facility planned in IMP(Institute of Modern Physics) are presented.  相似文献

Up to now, clinical trials of heavy-ion radiotherapy for superficially placed tumors have been carried out for six times and over 60 selected patients have been treated with 80--100 MeV/u carbon ions supplied by the Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou (HIRFL) at the Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences since November, 2006. A passive irradiation system and a dose optimization method for radiotherapy with carbon-ion beams have been developed. Experimental verification of longitudinally therapeutic dose distributions was conducted under the condition of simulating patient treatment in the therapy terminal at HIRFL. The measured depth-dose distributions basically coincide with the expected ones. These results indicate that the irradiation system and the dose optimization method are effective in the ongoing carbon-ion radiotherapy for shallow-seated tumors at HIRFL.  相似文献

重离子束适形放射治疗技术主要包括束流配送系统和治疗计划系统等 .前者是实现重离子束适形放射治疗的硬件设施 ,后者为适形治疗的软件支撑系统 ,两者缺一不可 .鉴于重离子束与物质相互作用在物理学及生物学效应上表现出的特殊性,重离子束治癌中特别引入了面向生物学效应的适形治疗和束流的正电子断层在线监控技术. The conformal radiotherapy techniques mainly include the two systems that are beam delivery and treatment planning. The formal is the hardware basis while the later is the software supplement for heavy ion conformal therapy, they are dependent on each other to realize the cancer conformal therapy with heavy ion beam. 重离子(C离子)用于肿瘤放射治疗具有物理学和生物学两方面的优势, 被誉为面向21世纪最佳放疗用射线。 综合论述了世界各国重离子束治癌的发展历史, 在日本国立放射医学综合研究所(NIRS)提供的临床试验数据基础上分析了C离子束治疗的适应症以及对正常组织的放射损伤。 此外, 通过分析潜在患者人数和治疗相关硬件与软件设备, 对C离子束治癌的运用前景做了初步评估。Heavy ions (carbon ions) were considered currently as the best radiation in radiotherapy for their two superiorities in the physical and biological properties. This paper firstly put the focus on the history of development of heavy ion radiotherapy in the world, then a comprehensive analysis of the indications and radiation damages of normal tissues in clinical trails of heavy ion therapy was made based on the published data by NIRS. Active spot-scanning test with heavy ions at HIRFL-CSR   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
An active spot beam delivery system for heavy ion therapy has been developed based on the Cooling Storage Ring at HIRFL-CSR, where the pencil carbon-ion beams were scanned within a target volume transversely by a pair of orthogonal (horizontal and vertical) dipole magnets to paint the slices of the target volume and longitudinally by active energy variation of the synchrotron slice by slice. The unique techniques such as dose shaping via active energy variation and magnetic deflection constitute a promising three-dimensional conformal even intensity-modulated radiotherapy with heavy ions at HIRFL-CSR. In this paper, the verification of active energy variation and the calibration of steerable beam deflection are shown, as the basic functionality components of the active spot-scanning system. Additionally, based on the capability of creating homogeneous irradiation fields with steerable pencil beams, a radiobiological experiment like cell survival measurement has been performed aiming at comparison of the radiobiological effects under active and passive beam deliveries.  相似文献

The basic theory of tumor radiotherapy with heavy ion beam was introduced in contrast to low LET irradiation therapy. A high-speed high-sensitivity swept source optical coherence tomography (SSOCT) system using a high speed swept laser source is developed. Non-uniform discrete fourier transform (NDFT) method is introduced in the SSOCT system for data processing. Frequency calibration method based on a Mach-Zender interferometer (MZI) and conventional data interpolation method is also adopted in the system for comparison. Optical coherence tomography (OCT) images from SSOCT based on the NDFT method, the MZI method, and the interpolation method are illustrated. The axial resolution of the SSOCT based on the NDFT method is comparable to that of the SSOCT system using MZI calibration method and conventional data interpolation method. The SSOCT system based on the NDFT method can achieve higher signal intensity than that of the system based on the MZI calibration method and conventional data interpolation method because of the better utilization of the power of source.  相似文献

中国科学院近代物理研究所基于兰州重离子研究装置(HIRFL/HIRFL-CSR),在被动型束流配送系统下采用二维分层适形照射治疗技术开展重离子治癌临床试验研究。为了更好地利用重离子束在肿瘤放射治疗中的生物物理优势并保障重离子临床治疗试验的顺利实施,一个初级版本的重离子治疗计划系统已经设计完成。此计划系统是针对被动型束流配送系统下的二维分层适形照射治疗方式来进行设计的。介绍了此系统的设计框架、可提供的功能以及利用宽束算法进行剂量计算在此系统中的实现。通过人体仿真体模实验证实由该治疗计划系统给出的靶区计划剂量与实测剂量的偏差在5%之内。最后讨论了设计较为完备的重离子治疗计划系统仍需解决的问题。  相似文献

详细介绍了兰州重离子研究装置(HIRFL)浅层肿瘤重离子治疗终端的被动式束流配送系统, 对该束流配送系统重要组成部件及其整体的性能进行了实验验证. Bragg峰展宽装置脊形过滤器及能量调节装置射程移位器测试结果显示该设备的性能指标达到设计要求. 为验证该被动式束流配送系统的整体性能, 进行了束流成形实验, 模拟对肿瘤靶区的三维适形照射. 结果表明: 利用该束流配送系统可实施对肿瘤的三维适形放射治疗. HIRFL浅层肿瘤治疗装置束流配送系统性能的验证为下一步开展肿瘤重离子束治疗临床试验奠定了基础.  相似文献

兰州重离子加速器(简称HIRFL),是我国规模最大、加速离子种类最多、能量最高的重离子研究装置,可提供单核子能量达GeV量级的重离子束。HIRFL运行时,束流会在加速器隧道内产生辐射,需要建立一套人身安全联锁系统来保障人员的辐射安全。HIRFL人身安全联锁系统遵循分区联锁、硬件最可靠、失效保护、冗余及独立性、自锁等设计原则,选用了可靠性高的冗余PLC作为核心控制器,并使用了安全性高的联锁部件。本工作的完成保障了HIRFL工作人员的辐射安全,也为同类型加速器装置的人身安全联锁系统设计提供了参考。  相似文献

Relative ionizations(Bragg curves)of 30MeV/u and 25MeV/u 40Ar ion beams supplied by HIRFL through degraders of Mylar films with different thicknesses were measured respectively.The experimental results were compared with calculations by TRIM88 code.It is found that the experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated ones when the 40Ar ions penetrate a smaller distance from target surface.Furthermore,a heavy ion radiotherapy planning for shallow-seated and small tumor is put forward according to the calculated relationship between intermediate energy heavy ion penetration depth in water and relative ionization.  相似文献

 兰州重离子加速器冷却储存环HIRFL-CSR,是一个多用途、多功能的双冷却储存环同步加速器系统,由主环CSRm和实验环CSRe构成,并以兰州重离子级联回旋加速器HIRFL作注入器。CSR利用高频变谐波的方法,将重离子束的能量从7~25 MeV/u同步加速到200~1 000 MeV/u,同时利用重离子储存环中空心电子束冷却技术将束流品质提高1个数量级,并通过储存环的快引出及慢引出,提供多种类的重离子束以及放射性次级束(RIBs),以开展范围更广精度更高的物理实验。该装置于2007年投入运行,已取得了重要的运行结果,如实现了剥离注入与多圈注入、空心电子束对重离子束的冷却与累积、变谐波宽能区同步加速、等时性环型谱仪、RIBs的产生收集与ToF高分辨质量测量以及高能重离子束的变能慢引出等。  相似文献

研究了重离子加速器中束流与真空中剩余气体的碰撞损失过程和碰撞截面,在依据大量实验数据的基础上,提出了一组计算离子一原子的电荷交换截面的经验公式.以兰州重离子加速器HDRFL及冷却储存环CSR为例,给出了依据碰撞截面的公式计算束流在加速器真空中的传输效率的方法,并计算了在不同真空度下HIRFL的ECR源轴向注入束运线、注入器SFC、前束运线、主加速器SSC和后束运线等不同加速阶段及CSR的传输效率,并提出合理的真空度要求.HIRFL的真空分布测量和束流的损失测量证明了该计算方法的可靠性.  相似文献
