| Abstract: | As a feasible way to enhance the overall quality of the periodical, a new inspection mode has been set up including comprehensive reading before publication and internal reading after publication. It is functioning as a professional, efficient and all-rounded way in improving the periodical quality. It leads to some new directions or methods of periodical quality improvement. |
