| 摘 要： | 运用专家访谈、问卷调查等研究方法，对影响江、浙、沪地区竞技体育后备人才培养的主要因素进行分析。结果表明，管理体制、训练科学化水平、训练投入、运动员学习与出路等，是制约江、浙、沪地区高水平竞技体育后备人才培养的主要因素。 |

| Abstract: | The research methods of interviewing and consulting professionals, questionnaire and so forth were used in the present study to analyze the main factors influencing the training of high level sports reserve talent in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. The results have revealed that the administrative system, the level of scientific training, financial investment in training, sportspersons' cultural learning and careers, etc. are the main factors restricting the training of high level sports reserve talent in the above three regions. |
