济南市特殊教育学校体育教学现状与发展对策分析

通过文献资料法、调查法、数理统计等研究方法对济南市的特殊教育学校的体育教学现状进行调查，结果显示：多数特殊教育学校体育经费投入不足且来源途径单一，体育场地设施严重匮乏，专职体育教师短缺，课外体育活动开展状况较差。诸多原因严重影响济南市特殊教育学校体育教学的开展，通过分析总结出发展特殊教育学校体育教学的对策，为有关部门提出整改措施，为更好地贯彻特殊教育方针提供理论依据。

Analysis on Physical Education Teaching Condition and Development in Jinan Special School

Through using the method of literature review, investigation and mathematical statistics, this paper makes investigation on physical education teaching condition and development in Jinan special school. The result shows that the majority of special school has funding shortage on physical education with a single way of resource, the sports facilities are serious lack and full - time sports teachers are shortages, the development of extra - curricular sports activities are poor. Many factors seriously affect physical education development in Jinan special school. Through analyzing and summarizing the development of physical education teaching in special school, this paper tries to put forward the measurements for concerned department in order to better implement the principles of special education and provide a theoretical basis.
