| 摘 要： | 探讨应对策略与体育专业大学生压力和领悟社会支持能力的关系,进一步探索应对策略在体育专业大学生领悟社会支持能力与压力间的中介作用.使用自编的体育专业大学生压力感受量表、简易应对策略量表和领悟社会支持量表,对288名体育专业的大学生进行问卷调查,结果发现:1)体育专业大学生领悟社会支持能力以及应对策略情况处于较好的水平;2)体育专业大学生的总体压力感受处于有点压力和压力一般之间,且压力显著低于普通专业大学生;3)应对策略在领悟社会支持能力与压力感受间起到了完全中介作用.
