摘    要:目的:探讨肾上腺髓质素前体N端20肽(PAMP)的心血管效应以及原发性高血压(EH)患者血浆PAMP浓度变化的临床意义。方法:静注PAMP,观察其对大鼠的血压、心率、左室收缩峰压及舒张血管平滑肌的作用。用放免法测定EH患者的血浆PAMP浓度。结果:PAMP可以降低血压,并呈剂量依赖性地舒张大鼠主动脉环张力;EH患者血浆PAMP含量明显高于对照组,与平均动脉压呈正相关。结论:PAMP是一种舒血管肽;

Abstract:Object: To elucidate the effect of proadrenomedullin N teminal 20 peptide (PAMP) in cardiio-vascular system and clinical significance of plasma concentrations of PAMP in essential hypertension (EH) pa-tients. Methods: Intravenouse administration of PAMP to rats, the blood pressure, heart rate, left ventrcularsystolic presure and the dilation of vascular smooth muscle of the rats were observed. The plasma concentrationsof PAMP in EH patients were measured by the radioimmunoassay(RIA). Result: PAMP can reduce the bloodpressure and the tension of aorta in a concentration-dependent manner. The plasma concentrations of PAMPwere significantly higher than those of control and have a positive correlation between the mean arterial pressureMAP). Conclusion: PAMP is a vasodilator peptide; The changes of PAMP may be the compensatory mechanismby which the they rnaintains boasis.
