依达拉奉联用阿加曲班治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效观察

【】目的 观察依达拉奉联合阿加曲班治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 60例符合急性脑梗死诊断标准的患者随机分为观察组(阿加曲班组)和对照组(依达拉奉组)各30例。对照组(依达拉奉组)的急性脑梗死患者给予常规治疗 依达拉奉；观察组(阿加曲班组)给予常规治疗 阿加曲班 依达拉奉。2组疗程均为14d。2组急性脑梗死患者分别于治疗前与治疗后14天后进行临床神经功能缺损评分及疗效观察。结果 观察组(阿加曲班组)总有效率明显高于对照组(依达拉奉组)(P<0.05)。结论 依达拉奉与阿加曲班联合治疗急性脑梗死有协同效果。优于依达拉奉单药治疗,无明显不良反应。

A clinical observation of edaravone and argatroban in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction

Objective To observe the efficacy and safety of edaravone and argatroban in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods Sixty patients that met the standards of acute cerebral infarction were randomized into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The control group was given conventional treatment plus edaravone,while the treatment group received conventional treatmentplus edaravone and argatroban.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Neurological function was determined before and after treatment in patients of the two groups.Results After 14 days of therapy,the clinic effectiveness(90.1%) in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(70.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Edaravone combined with argatroban achieved a synergistic effect in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction,which was better than the monotherapy with edaravone without obvious side effect.
