摘    要:目的探讨以体外循环和间歇正压通气为核心的犬海水淹溺救治。方法建立犬海水淹溺实验模型,实行犬股动脉-股静脉体外循环和呼吸机间歇正压通气模式。结果 12条犬中8条在1 h内复苏成功,另外4条呼吸衰竭死亡。结论在海水淹溺救治中应用体外循环复温技术和间歇正压通气,有良好的可行性和有效性。

Rescue of dogs suffered from seawater drowning with mechanical ventilation combined with extracopereal circulation: Experimental study
Abstract:Objective To study the effect of extracorporeal circulation and intermittent positive pressure ventilation for the rescue of the dogs suffered from seawater drowning.Methods Firstly a seawater drowning model of dog was built.Extracorporeal circulation performed built from a femoral artery to a femoral vein.And the mechanical ventilation model was of intermittent positive pressure ventilation(IPPV).Results Eight of all twelve dogs were rescued successfully within one hour.And the other four were died of respiratory failure.Conclusion Extracorporeal circulation combined with intermittent positive pressure ventilation are practicable and effective in the rescue of seawater drowning dogs.
