抗菌纳米银原位凝胶的制备和体外药效评价

摘    要:目的制备纳米银并考察其原位凝胶体外抑菌效果。方法以硝酸银为原料,采用银氨络离子还原法,在低温下制备纳米银。以泊洛沙姆407和188作为温敏性原位凝胶基质,制备纳米银原位凝胶,考察其体外抑菌效果。结果纳米银平均粒径为10 nm,zeta电位为-8.91mV。纳米银原位凝胶体外抑制金黄色葡萄球菌效果优于已上市的纳米银抗菌液,抑菌圈明显,直径为2.6 cm。结论纳米银原位凝胶抑菌效果显著,使用方便,适用于细菌感染的处理和治疗。

Abstract:Objective To prepare silver nanoparticles and their in-situ gel(ISG),and evaluate the in-vitro anti-bacterial action.Method Silver nanoparticles were prepared by reduction of silver ammonia complex ions with silver nitrate as raw materials.The nanoparticles were very small,evenly distributing and water-dispersible.The ISG of silver nanoparticles were prepared using poloxamer 407 and 188 as matrix and investigated the in-vitro anti-bacterial activity.Results The silver nanoparticles about 10 nm in size were obtained with the zeta potential of-8.91 mV.The ISG of silver nanoparticles showed higher anti-bacterial activity than the marketed silver nanoparticles solutions.Its bacteria inhibition zone was obvious and the diametyer was 2.6cm.Conclusion The silver nanoparticle ISG has significant anti-bacterial activity,and could not easily generate drug resistance.Moreover,it can be used conveniently and be suitable for anti-infection treatment for open wound surface.
