| 摘 要： | 漆黄素是广泛存在于植物中的一种类黄酮化合物,其可通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、影响肿瘤细胞的信号转导通路、抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖、抑制肿瘤细胞的迁移和侵袭等方面发挥抗肿瘤作用.本文就漆黄素在抗肿瘤作用及其机制方面的研究进展做一综述.

| Abstract: | Fisetin is a naturally occurring flavonoid that has been reported to exhibited anti - tumor effects through inducing ap- optotic cell death, suppression of signaling pathway, inhibiting the proliferation, reducing invasion and migration. This paper was aimed to review the research progress of the anti - tumor effects and mechanisms of fisetin. |
