芍药及其有效成分抗肿瘤作用的研究进展

摘    要:综述了近十年来芍药及其有效成分抗肿瘤作用机制研究的进展。芍药及其有效成分除了能够增强机体的免疫力外,还能引起细胞周期停滞、诱导肿瘤细胞的凋亡、对化疗药物减毒增效等。芍药在抗肿瘤方面有着广阔的应用前景,有希望将芍药及其有效成分开发成临床效果显著、低毒高效、价格低廉、药效持久的抗肿瘤制剂。

Abstract:At present, it is very popular to investigate the mechnisms of the antitumor effects of Chinese traditional medicines. Mang reseachers have revealed that Paeonia lactiflora Pallas (PLP) and mang hioactive constituents of it have strong antitumor effect. The present article summarized the new advances of the antitumor effect of Paeonia lactiflora Pallas in the recent 10 years. In addition of strengthening the body, s immunity, PLP and its bioactive constituents can induce cell cycle arrest and apoptosis of the tumor cells. Besides, PLP and its bioactive constituents can decrease the toxicity of the chemotherapy and radiotherapy agents. In the future, PLP is very hopeful to be discoveried as a kind of antitumor agent which has the merit of higher efficiency, lower toxic, lower price and longer duration compared with the chemotherapy agents which are being used in clinical at present.
