医院药学服务型领导理论框架的构建

目的：构建医院药学服务型领导理论框架，明确服务型领导在医院药学管理中的具体特征，为医院药学管理提供理论依据。方法：利用文献分析法、质性研究和专家讨论法筛选医院药学服务型领导行为评价指标，利用德尔菲法对20名医院药学管理专家进行三轮函询，利用层次分析法确定各指标权重值。结果：专家的积极程度高，专家的权威系数为0.86，各级指标的肯德尔协调系数为0.32~0.46，P值均小于0.05，最终建立了包括7个一级指标，27个二级指标的医院药学服务型领导理论框架，并确定了各指标的权重。结论：专家的积极程度、权威程度及协调程度均较高，构建的医院药学服务型领导理论框架具有较高的科学性和可靠性，可为医院药学管理者在日常工作中提供一种新的管理模式和行为依据，为评价医院药学管理者服务型领导行为提供参考。

Construction of servant leadership theoretical frameworkfor hospital pharmacy

OBJECTIVE To establish the servant leadership theoretical framework for hospital pharmacy, confirm its special characteristics in hospital pharmacy field and provide theoretical reference to hospital pharmacy's management.METHODS Using literature analysis method, qualitative research and expert discussion, the evaluation indicators of hospital pharmacy service leadership behavior was collected. A total of 20 experts on hospital pharmacy's management were consulted for 3 rounds via Delphi method. The weight of each indicator was determined by analytic hierarchy process.RESULTS The experts were quite active while the authority coefficient was 0.86 and the Kendall coordination coefficient was 0.32-0.46. The chi-square test P value was less than 0.05. Finally, the servant leadership theoretical framework for hospital pharmacy was established, which includes 7 first-level indicators and 27 second-level indicators, and theweight of each index was determined.CONCLUSION The experts' activeness, degree of authority, and coordination degree were higher. The servant leadership theoretical framework for hospital pharmacyhas high scientificity and reliability, which will provide a new management model and behavior basis for the managers of hospital pharmacy in their daily work, and provide a reference for evaluating the service leadership behavior of hospital pharmacy managers.
