国产格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效

目的：观察国产格列美脲治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法：采用随机、双盲、对照的研究方法。对34例2型糖尿患者随机给予格列美脲或格列本脲，起始剂量分别为2mg/d或2．5mg/d，服药后2wk和4wk根据空腹血糖水平调整剂量。结果：治疗后格列美脲组和格列本脲组的空腹和餐后2h血糖及糖基化血红蛋白（HbA1c）水平均较治疗前明显下降（P＜0．01），但2组间治疗前后的血糖水平相仿（P＞0．05）。治疗4wk和8wk后，格列美脲组空腹血糖改善的总有效率分别为88．2％和100．0％，格列本脲组分别为94．1％和82．4％，2组间差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）。2组不良反应的发生率相仿(P＞0．05），但与格列本脲组相比，格列美脲组未出现明显低血糖症状。结论：国产格列美脲是一有效、安全的治疗2型糖尿病的药物。

Clinical observations on therapeutic efficacy of glimepiride in treatment of type 2 diabetes

AIM: To observe the efficacy and safety of glimepiride (Gli) in treatment of type 2 diabetes. METHODS: It was a randomized, controlled, blinded clinical trial. Thirty four patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly divided into 2 groups. One group received 2 mg Gli and another group received glyburide 2 5 mg once a day as initial dose. After treated for 2 and 4 wk, The doses were adjusted according to fasting blood glucose level. The duration of treatment was 8 wk. RESULTS: Fasting, 2 h post prandial glucose levels and HbA 1c were obviously decreased in comparison with baseline of both groups ( P <0 01). Before and after treatment, there was no statistic difference of glucose levels between 2 groups ( P >0 05). After treatment for 4 and 8 wk, the total efficacy for Gli was 88 2% and 100 0%, and for glyburide was 94 1% and 82 4% respectively. There was no significant difference in adverse drug reaction between 2 groups ( P >0 05). In comparison with glyburide, no obvious hypoglycemic episode was observed in Gli treated group. CONCLUSION: Gli is an effective and safe agent for treatment of type 2 diabetes.
