依达拉奉在蛛网膜下腔出血治疗中的脑保护作用

目的观察依达拉奉治疗蛛网膜下腔出血（SAH）的临床效果。方法将42例患者随机分为依达拉奉组和常规治疗组，两组均采用相同的尼莫地平治疗和对症处理；依达拉奉组加用依达拉奉30mg，2次／d，静脉滴注，连用14d，观察两组疗效。结果在头痛症状减轻程度及持续时间、脑膜刺激征持续时间等方面，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论依达拉奉用于治疗蛛网膜下腔出血安全有效。

Clinical evaluation of edaravone in treatment of subarachoid Hemorrhage

Objective To evaluate the effichcacy of edaravone in treatment of subarachnoid hemorrhage （SAH）. Methods Ninety patients with SAH were randomly divided into treatmeat group and control group. All the patients were given the same treatmeat except for the dose of edaravone. 30 mg once, twice aday for 14 days in treatmeat group. The evaluation of therapeutic effects were observed in both group. Results The therapeutic effect of treatmeat group was better than the control group in terms of redacing headache, decreasing mening stimulationsign, and reducing intracranial pressure （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Edaravone can be used to treat subarachnoid hemorrhage. The therapy is effective.
