摘    要:目的:建立测定栀子中总环烯醚萜苷含量的二阶导数光谱法,并用该方法测定不同产地栀子中总环烯醚萜苷的含量。方法:采用二阶导数光谱法在263nm波长处测定栀子中总环烯醚萜苷的含量。结果:栀子苷在4.32~21.60μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系;其回归方程为A=2.986×10-5c-1.833×10-5(r=0.9996);回收率为(98.86±2.39)%(n=5),精密度、重现性和稳定性良好。结论:本方法操作简单、准确,可用于测定栀子中总环烯醚萜苷的含量。

Abstract:Objective:To establish a second order derivative spectrophotometry method for determination of the content of total iridoid glycoside in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis from different regions.Methods:The second order derivative spectrophotometry was performed at the wavelength of 263 nm.Results:A good linear relationship was obtained in the range of 4.32-21.60 μg/ml of geniposide.The regression equation was A=2.986×10-5 c-1.833×10-5(r=0.999 6).The average recovery rate was (98.86±2.39)% (n=5).Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for determination of total iridoid glycoside in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis.
