葛根对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松作用的研究

目的：研究葛根对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的作用。方法：将去卵巢大鼠随机分为5组：骨质疏松模型组、葛根高剂量组、葛根中剂量组、葛根低剂量组、雌激素组，并以体重、鼠龄相匹配的假手术大鼠作为对照组。手术一个月后开始给药，连续给药3个月后检测骨骨钙含量、骨密度、股骨病理变化。结果：与对照组大鼠比较，去卵巢大鼠葛根应用剂量越大，其各项指标越接近对照组。而雌二醇组的治疗效果相比差异无显著性。结论：葛根有明显抗去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松的作用。
