| 摘 要： | 介绍了图书馆文化的概念和创新型图书馆文化的内涵，提出了建立创新型图书馆文化的6个途径，即营造图书馆文化的创新环境、树立图书馆文化的创新精神、确立图书馆文化的创新价值观、塑造创新进取的图书馆形象、实现技术进步与人文关怀的有机结合和培养馆员的创新群体。

| Abstract: | The concept of library culture and the connotation of innovative library culture were introduced.Approaches to the establishment of innovative library culture were put forward, including creating innovative environment, fostering innovative spirit and acquiring innovative value of innovative library culture, portraying innovative and forging ahead libraries, promoting organic combination of technical progress and humanistic care, and training a group of librarians. |
