茶色素对糖尿病并发症的防治

摘    要:目的:探讨茶色素防治糖尿病(DM)并发症的作用及机制。方法对85例口服茶色素胶丸的 DM患者头发进行微量元素、血β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)、血流变学与甲襞微循环检测,观察其治疗前后各项指标变化。结果服用茶色素胶丸后患者头发铁、锰含量显著增高(P <0.01);发锌、铜含量呈现增加趋势,但治疗前后比较无统计学意义(P >0.05);治疗前后 DM 患者发镉含量比较无统计学意义(P >0.05);DM 患者治疗后β2-微球蛋白较治疗前显著降低(P <0.01);血流变学检查 DM 患者红细胞沉降率、全血黏度比、全血还原黏度、血沉方程 K、纤维蛋白原较治疗前显著下降(P <0.05);DM 患者服药后甲襞微循环显著改善(P <0.05)。结论茶色素对 DM 患者的“三微”有显著的调节和改善作用,可防止 DM 多种慢性并发症的发生。

prevention mechanism of tea pigment to diabetic complications
Abstract:objective To explore the effect of tea pigment in preventing the complications of diabetes mellitus(DM) and its mechanism. Methods A total of 85 DM patients who were orally administered with tea pigment pills were in-cluded in the study. The microelement,β2-MG,hemorheology,and nail fold microcirculation were detected,and the changes of all various indicators before and after treatment were observed. Results After taking tea pigment pills, the contents of iron and manganese in the hair were significantly increased(P < 0. 01). The contents of zinc and cop-per after treatment showed an increased tend,but were not significantly different from those before treatment (P > 0. 05). The comparison of cadmium before and after treatment was not statistically significant(P > 0. 05). The content of β2-MG after treatment in DN patients was significantly reduced when compared with before treatment(P <0. 01). The hemorheology examination results showed that ESR,whole blood viscosity ratio,whole blood reduced vis-cosity,blood sedimentation equation K,and fibrinogen after treatment in DM patients were significantly reduced when compared with before treatment(P < 0. 05). The nail fold microcirculation after treatment was significantly improved (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Tea pigment can significantly regulate and improve“three micro”,and plays a vital role in preventing various chronic complications of DM.
