手术入路对髋关节置换术后髋关节功能恢复的影响

目的探讨手术入路对髋关节置换术后髋关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取400例髋关节疾病患者采用不同种类手术入路方案治疗（前外侧80例、外侧50例、后外侧70例、后侧入100例和小切口100例的入路方案）,记录其术前、术后2、4、8、24周的Harris评分变化情况,给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果前外侧、外侧、后外侧、后侧和小切口的入路手术方案治疗患者术后恢复率分别为90%、93%、96%、100%、100%。结论从实验结果可以看出,对患者采用不同的手术入路方案,会有不同的效果,但是后侧入路和小切口入路两种方案,有着明显的优势,可以推荐临床使用。

The Effect of Surgical Approach on the Hip Joint Functional Recovery after Hip Joint Replacement

Objective To investigate the effect of surgical approach on the hip joint functional recovery after hip joint replacement. Methods 400 patients with hip joint disease were selected and treated with different surgical approaches （80 cases were treated with anterolateral surgical approach, 50 cases were treated with lateral surgical approach, 70 cases were treated with posterolateral surgical approach, 100 cases were treated with posterior surgical approach, 100 cases were treated with small incision surgical approach）. The Harris scores of the patients before the operation, 2, 4, 8, 24 weeks after the operation were recorded and analyzed statistically, then the conclusion was obtained. Results The postoperative recovery rate of anterolateral surgical approach, lateral surgical approach, posterolateral surgical approach, posterior surgical approach, small incision surgical approach for the treatment of the patients was 90%, 93%, 96%, 100%, 100%, respectively. Conclusion It is showed by the result of the experiment that different effects can be obtained by different surgical approaches, but the lateral surgical approach and small incision surgical approach these two kinds of schemes have significant advantages, which can be recommended for clinical application.
