浅谈中西医结合特色养老护理创新团队建设

目的 通过中西医结合特色养老护理创新团队建设,培养高水平护理人才,促进养老事业发展。方法 以培养高水平、年轻化、创新性科研人才为目标,以养老护理为切入点,以＂养老护理专业能力、管理能力、科研创新能力＂为主线,将中西医结合特色养老护理进行充分融通与结合。结果 系统培养和提升团队成员科研创新思维能力和养老护理实践应用能力,全面提升养老护理团队人才质量。结论 中西医结合特色养老护理创新团队建设能根本上提升我国的养老护理品质,具有重要的现实意义。

The Construction in the Chinese and Western Medicine Combined with the Elderly-Care Innovation Team

Objective To train high-level nursing talents and promote the development of pension business through building the eldehy-care innovation team with the elements of Chinese and western medicine combined.Methods Based on the aim of cultivating high-level,youthful and creative talents,the innovation team made a comprehensive study and combination of the nursing model with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine which regarded the elderly-care as the cutting point through the masterstroke elderly-care expertise,Capacity of manage and Scientific research innovation ability.Results To cultivate and improve the teams＇ abilities of innovation in scientific research and elderly-care in practice systematically and improve the qualities of the elderly-care team labour force roundly.Conclusion This new construction can improve the quality of elderly-care in China radically,which really has the important practical significance.
