| 摘 要： | 用原子吸收分光光谱法测定49例妊娠高血压综合征(妊高征)患者与49例正常孕妇血、尿的锌、镉含量及锌/镉比值。结果提示微量元素镉、锌与妊高征的发病无关,但重度妊高征由于病理生理改变严重表现尿镉及锌/镉比值异常。

| Abstract: | The determination of cadmium and zinc concentration with flame-AAS in blood and urine from 49 pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) patients matched with 49 normotensive pregnant women according to their age, weeks of gestation and parity were performed. The study showed that concentrations of blood zinc and cadmium and zinc/cadmium ratio in PIH patients did not differ significantly from those of normal normotensive pregnant women. Concentrations of cadmium and zinc as well as zinc/cadmium ratio in blood and urine did not relate to the severity of hypertension or proteinuria. It was implied that cadmium and zinc are unlikely related to the development of PIH. Urine cadmium concentration in eclampsia was lower than that of control and zinc/cadmium ratio in eclampsia were elevated. The mechanism of these changes needs further investigation |
