| 摘 要： | 目的 :了解下岗职工的下岗时间与心理健康水平的关系。方法 :对随机选取的 6 2 8例下岗职工的SCL 90得分与已下岗时间进行相关性分析。结果 :≤ 6mon组的下岗职工SCI 90与下岗时间呈负相关 ,>6mon组的SCL 90与下岗时间呈正相关。结论 :下岗职工心理健康受损在前半年是一种急性心因性反应 ,其后与所面临的实际困难有关

| Abstract: | The relation between the unemployed time and psychological health is reported in the paper.The result indicated that the scores of SCL 90 of the group whose unemployed time was shorter and/or equal to six months was negative correlation with their unemployed;but the opposition case could be seen in the group whose unemployed time longer six months. |
