| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血微量元素与小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRTI)的相关性.方法 选取我院自2006年1月至2009年6月收治的450例反复呼吸道感染惠儿作为观察组.并选取同期进行体检的健康小儿450例作为对照组,比较两组小儿体内微量元素的情况.结果 (1)0～2岁小儿观察组钙、锌、铁,铜元素较对照组低(P<0.01),铅含量较对照组高(P>0.01).(2)3～12岁小儿观察组钙,锌、铁元素较对照组低(P<0.01),其他元素含量比较差异不大(P>0.05).结论 年龄越小微量元素与小儿反复呼吸道感染的相关性越大,且其中钙,锌、铁元素含量关系最大.
