病毒性肝炎患者补体抑制免疫沉淀作用的临床研究

用辣根过氧化物酶（ＰＯ）作抗原，与相应抗体抗－ＰＯ混合后，加入血清，通过孵育、离心，取上清液加入邻苯二胺，以光电比色法对１１６例病毒性肝炎患者补体抑制免疫沉淀作用（ＩＩＰＣ）进行了研究。结果，与正常对照组（ＯＤ值０．５０７±０．０６９）相比，急性肝炎ＩＩＰＣ有所降低，但无显著差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；慢性活动性肝炎、慢性迁延性肝炎、重症肝炎ＩＩＰＣ均显著降低（Ｐ＜０．００１）；肝硬化ＩＩＰＣ下降亦较明显（Ｐ＜０．０５）。上述各种肝脏病患者ＩＩＰＣ低下的发生率分别为３２％、５２％、７１％、７２％、２８％。表明各种肝脏疾病ＩＩＰＣ均有所降低，并与其严重程度有关。因此认为ＩＩＰＣ的降低在肝脏病的发生发展中起一定作用。

CLINICAL STUDY ON INHIBITION OF IMMUNE PRECIPITATION BY COMPLEMENT IN PATIENTS WITH VIRAL HEPATITIS

In this paper,using peroxidase(PO)as an antigen,the PO,anti- PO andserum were mixed. After incubation and centrifugation,O-phenylendiamine was added to su-pernate. The OD value was measured by photoelectric colormeter.The inhibition of immune precipitation by complement(IIPC) of 116 patients with liver di-sease was studied.In comparison with control group(OD 0.507±0.069),the acute hepatitis(AH)IIPC was slightly lower and there was no marked difference(P>0. 05);all the chronicactive hepatitis (CAH),chronic persistent hepatitis(CPH)and severe hepatitis(SH)weremarkedly decreased(P<0.001); hepatocirrhosis was significantly reduced (P<0. 05 ).Therates of lower IIPC in AH,CAH,CPH,SH and hepatocirrhosis were 32%,52%,71%,72%,28%respectively. These results suggest that the IIPC in all hepatopaths is decreased,and isrelated to the patient's condition.
