社区0岁~6岁儿童健康体检新增项目探索与实证分析

目的：探索社区儿童健康体检新增条目的必要性与可行性，以更高层次、更高标准、更好服务地开展好儿童健康管理工作。方法初步确定社区0岁~6岁儿童健康体检新增项目，对本中心建档儿童监护人进行儿童健康体检需求调查，将需求量前两位的项目（微量元素测定及儿童体质测定）定为新增体检项目。其中，微量元素测定将研究对象分为0岁~3岁和4岁~6岁2组，0岁~3岁组按分层随机抽样方法、4岁~6岁组则采用分层整群抽样法抽样；体质测定采用分层整群抽样法抽样。结果本社区儿童的微量元素水平总体良好，缺乏的是个别现象。体质测定方面的结果与广东新会、昆明二地区的调查结果相仿，但明显落后于北京市同龄儿童。结论有必要将儿童体质测定纳入儿童体检新增项目，定期测试，有针对性、科学地开展体质训练，增强儿童体质。

Exploration and empirical analysis on new medical entries for the community children aged 0-6

Objective Exploration on necessity and feasibility of adding new entries to physical examination for health of community children to achieve improvement of management service for children's health with higher level, higher standard and better quality. Methods To predetermine added new entries to physical examination for health of community children aged 0-6,to conduct inquiry on demands of physical examination for children's health to guardians of the children whose health records are filed with our centre,and to add top two demands (trace element test and children's body mass test)as new entries to the current physical examination. In trace element test,the targeted subjects in the research are divided into two groups:one group consists of children aged 0-3,and the other group consists of children aged 4-6. Stratified random sampling method and stratified cluster sampling method are respectively applied to children aged 0-3 and 4-6,moreover stratified cluster sampling method is applied in children's body mass test. Results The trace element tests indicate the overall trace element level of our community children is comparatively good with exception of absence of trace element reflected on some individuals. The body mass test results are similar to those of tests conducted in Guangdong Xinhui and Kunming two regions,however apparently worse than those of tests conducted to peer children in Beijing city. Conclusion It is necessary to add the children's body mass test as a new item in physical examination,in order to implement periodical body mass test to specially and scientifically carry out body mass training to improve the children's body mass.
