乙型肝炎病毒纯合子转基因小鼠(adr 1.2)的培育

The generation of hepatitis B virus transgenic mice homozygote

Objective: To obtain the homozygote of HBV transgenic mice with unique integrated site by genetic breeding. Methods: The positive transgenic mice were mated with the normal mice of the same line. And the target gene integration ratio were tested by PCR, Dot blotting and Southern blotting, and when the integration ratio was almost 50%, the positive mice were mated with inbreeding. Results: The 7 generations of HBV transgenic mice were obtained, and the homozygote of HBV transgenic mouse was obtained. Conclusion: The HBV DNA can be transmitted in the transgenic mice stably, and the homozygote of HBV transgenic mouse was obtained.
