阴虚、阳虚证与血清rT3浓度的关系

本文通过对阴虚、阳虚、正常对照三组 rT_ 、T_4、T_3 血清浓度治疗前后的测定及统计学分析,初步表明:血清 rT_ 浓度,阴虚组较正常组高(p<0.001),阳虚组较正常组低(p<0.001)。T_4 与 rT_ 一致。血清 T_3 浓度,阴虚组较正常组高(p<0.001),阳虚组与正常对照组无差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,血清 rT_ 、T_ 浓度,阴虚组有所降低,阳虚组有所增高。而血清T_4 浓度治疗前后无显著性差异(P>0.05)。提示:甲状腺激素水平高低是阴虚、阳虚病变的物质基础之一,脱碘酶的活性是阴虚、阳虚的关键之所在,血清 rT_ 浓度作为阴虚、阳虚辨证及治疗疗效判定的一项客观指标,较 T_ 、T_4 更敏感和准确。

RELATION BETWEEN YIN DEFICIENCY AND YANG DEFICIENCY AND LEVEL OF SERUM rT3

Serum level of rT3,T4,T3 were measured for cases of yin deficiency and yang deficeincy and controlled group.The results proved that serum level of rT3 of yin deficiency cases were higher than the controlled one's (p<0.001),yang deficiency lower than the controlled (p<0.001).Serum level of T4 had the same result as rT3,Serum level of T3 of yin deficiency was higher and yang deficiency was the same as controlled group.After treatment, the abnormal level returned.The author sugests that rT3,T4,T3 are the substances basis to yin deficiency and yang deficiency zheng,rT3 can be a index for the two zheng.
