前列地尔联合肾康注射液对慢性肾衰患者的疗效及对氧化应激损伤指标的影响

目的:探讨前列地尔联合肾康注射液对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)患者的疗效及氧化应激损伤指标的影响。方法:将150例CRF患者随机分为对照组与观察组各75例。对照组给予前列地尔注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予肾康注射液治疗,观察2组治疗前后24小时尿蛋白定量、肾功能、氧化应激反应指标及不良反应。结果:血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)、24小时尿蛋白定量(24h-Upro)及丙二醛(MDA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)值治疗后2组均显著下降(P0.05),内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)及血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、血清谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)值均显著升高(P0.05);治疗后2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:前列地尔联合肾康注射液可以明显改善CRF患者的肾功能,减轻氧化应激损伤作用,安全有效。

The Effects of Alprostadill and ShenKang Injection in the Treatment of Patients with Chronic Renal Failure and Their Influnces on Oxidative Stress Injury Index

Objective: To explore the effects of alprostadill and ShenKang injection in the treatment of patients with chronic renal failure (CRF) and their influences on oxidative stress injury index. Methods: 150 patients with CRF were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, each group 75 cases. The control group was treated with alprostadill, the observation group was given ShenKang injection on the treatment of al-prostadill, 24 h urine protein, renal function, oxidative stress injury index and adverse reaction were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results: Scr, BUN, 24h urine protein, MDA and CRP increased obviously in both groups after treatment(P<0.05), Ccr, SOD, GSH-Px increased obviously(P<0.05); compared after treatment, there were statistical differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Alprostadill and ShenKang injection can improve renal function of patients obviously, reduce oxidative stress injury, which is safety and effective.
