| 摘 要： | 目的观察扶正和解毒类中药配合普通干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法将30例慢性乙型肝炎患者,进行中医辨证分为扶正托毒汤组和解毒托毒汤组,扶正托毒汤组17例采用自拟扶正托毒汤(黄芪、升麻、仙灵脾、巴戟天、桑寄生等)加普通干扰素α-2b;解毒托毒汤组13例采用自拟解毒托毒汤(升麻、赤芍、虎杖、藤梨根、生大黄等)加普通干扰素a-2b。结果扶正托毒汤组治愈2例,有效11例,无效4例,总有效率76.47%。解毒托毒汤组治愈5例,好转7例,无效1例,总有效率92.31%,HBV-DNA转阴率扶正组和解毒组分别为17.65%(3/17)和53.85%(7/13),两组疗效相比有显著差异。结论采用扶正和解毒类中药配合普通干扰素治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效明显,其中,解毒类中药组疗效优于扶正类中药组。提示中医温补脾肾和清热利湿、凉血活血分别是治疗慢性乙肝耐受期和活动期的两个主要而有效的治法。
