毫针火针治疗慢性腰肌劳损的临床疗效观察

目的 观察毫针火针治疗慢性腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法 73例慢性腰肌劳损患者随机分为2组，火针组35例，在常规针灸治疗基础上行毫针火针治疗；常规针灸治疗组38例，单纯给予毫针治疗。观察2组腰痛改善情况。结果 火针组总有效率为88.57％，常规针灸治疗组总有效率为76.32％，2组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05），但火针组痊愈率为45.71％，常规针灸治疗组痊愈率为21.05％，2组比较有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论 毫针火针治疗对慢性腰肌劳损有较好疗效，优于单纯毫针治疗，且与传统火针相比，患者容易接受，值得临床进一步推广。

Clinical observation the therapy with filiform needlings and heat needlings on chronic lumbar muscle strain

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the therapy with filiform needlings and heat needlings on chronic lumbar muscle strain.Methods 73 patients with chronic lumbar muscle strain were randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the treatment group(n=35) were given heat needlings therapy in addtion to routin filiform needling cure.Patients in the control group(n=38) were given the routine filiform needling therapy.Lumbago improvement was observed in both groups.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 88.57%and 76.32% respectively.There was no significant differenc between the two groups(P>0.05).The cure rate in the treatment group and the control group was 45.71%and 21.05%.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion There is a better effect of the therapy with filiform needlings and heat needlings on chronic lumbar muscle strain compared with traditional pure filiform needlings.The method is worth clinically further promoting.
