活血通络法治疗类风湿关节炎临床疗效的Meta分析

目的:运用Meta分析对中医活血通络法治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)临床疗效的有效性进行评估。方法:检索并筛选出2000—2013年国内发表的符合纳入标准的相关文献,进行Jadad评分及采用Cochrane协作网提供的Rev Man 5.2软件进行统计分析。予漏斗图法进行发表性偏倚分析。结果:筛选出符合纳入标准的文献10篇,Jadad评分高质量文献2篇,低质量文献8篇。Meta分析显示,中医药(包括中西医结合)治疗组与西药对照组对疾病疗效对比的结果OR=3.58,95%CI(2.37,5.42),Z=6.03,P<0.000 01];单纯中医药治疗组与西药对照组对疾病疗效对比的结果OR=4.66,95%CI(2.38,9.14),Z=4.48,P<0.000 01]。漏斗图法提示Meta分析具有可信性。结论:中医活血通络法可改善RA患者的临床症状,对RA的治疗有效。

Meta-analysis of Curative Effect for Therapy of Promoting Blood Circulation to Activate Collaterals on Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: The aim of this study was to evaluate the curative effect of the therapy of promoting blood circulation to activate collaterals of traditional Chinese medicine on rheumatoid arthritis through mata analysis. Method: All the relevant domestic studies that have been published from 2000 to 2013 were searched. After evaluation, the eligible ones were subject to Jadad score and meta-analysis by software Rev Man 5.2.The publication bias was analyzed by funnel plots. Result: Totally 10 studies were selected and analyzed, with two in high quality while the others were low quality literatures by Jadad score. The comparision between traditional Chinese medicine (including traditional Chinese medicine in combination with western medicine) and western medicine was as followingOR=3.58, 95%CI(2.37, 5.42), Z=6.03, P<0.000 01]; and the comparison between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine was as followingOR=4.66, 95%CI(2.38, 9.14), Z=4.48, P<0.000 01]. Funnel plots showed the credibility of meta-analysis. Conclusion: The therapy of promoting blood circulation to activate collaterals is useful for improving symptoms and effective to RA treatment.
