针刺治疗不同证型膝骨性关节炎的临床研究

目的:探索局部针刺对不同证型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效影响。方法:选取符合膝关节骨性关节炎患者110例,其中肝肾亏虚35例,瘀血阻滞证38例,寒湿阻滞证37例。选取内外膝眼、阳陵泉、梁丘、血海、膝阳关进行针刺;每日针刺1次,每周治疗5次,共治疗4周,治疗前后应用Lysholm膝关节量表进行评分。结果:肝肾亏虚组35例中,显效9例,有效8例,进步17例,无效1例,总有效率97.1%;瘀血阻滞组38例中,显效13例,有效18例,进步7例,总有效率100%;寒湿阻滞组37例中,显效8例,有效11例,进步18例,总有效率100%;3组疗效比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:局部针刺对不同证型膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效不一定是相同的。

Clinical Study of the Local - acupuncture on Treating Knee Osteoarthritis of Different Types of Syndrome

Objective: To research the clinical curative effect of local acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis of different types of sydrome.Methods:Select 110 knee osteoarthritis sufferers,including 35 liver-kidney-weak sufferers,38 stagnation of blood stasis sufferers,and 37 stagnation of cold-damp sufferers.The points are exterior and interior Xiyan,Yanglingquan,Liangqiu,Xuehai and Xiyang,which are acupunctured once per day and 5 times per week lasted for 4 weeks in all.Using Lysholm knee joint measuring scale to score before and after the treatment.Results:To the 35 liver-kidney-weak sufferers,there are 9 getting obvious effect,8 getting normal effect,17 getting advancement,and 1 getting no effect,so the total efficiency is 97.1%.To the 38 stagnation of blood stasis sufferers,there are 13 getting obvious effect,18 getting normal effect,7 getting advancement,so the total efficiency is 100%.To the 37 stagnation of cold-damp sufferers,there are 8 getting obvious effect,11 getting normal effect,18 getting advancement,so the total efficiency is 100%.Comparing the efficiencies between the three groups,the difference is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical curative effect is not identical of local acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis different types of sydrome.
