| 摘 要： | 目的高血压、动脉粥样硬化、心肌肥大等心血管病大都是以细胞增生为主要特征的疾病，近年实验研究表明此过程与某些癌基因的表达紧密相关。方法本实验对５０例高血压患者及正常对照组用ＳＰ法测定其外周血涂片淋巴细胞中Ｐ５３蛋白的表达。结果发现高血压组阳性３５例（７０％），正常组阳性３７例（１４％）（Ｐ＜０．０１）。高血压组阳性细胞率为５９．９％±２４．４％显著高于正常组的２２．８％±１５．２％（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论高血压患者存在Ｐ５３蛋白基因的突变。相关分析显示Ｐ５３蛋白阳性细胞率与室间隔厚度（ＩＶＳＴ）、左室后壁厚度（ＬＶＰＷＴ）呈正相关（ｒ值分别为０．４８、０．６６）。

| Abstract: | Aim\ To deteremine the alteration and its significance of the expression of P53 protein in lymphocyte in patients of essential hypertension.\ Methods\ IVST and LVPWT were measured in patients with echocardiography. P53 protein expression was determined by immunohistochemical method.\ Results\ Positive P53 expressions were found in both hypertension group(70%) and control group(14%)( P <0.01), and the positive cell incidence of P53 protein was 59.9% in 50 hypertensive patients and 22.8% in normal persons( P <0.01). The correlation analysis showed that IVST and LVPWT correlated positively to the positive cell incidince of P53 protein. Conclusion\ These data suggested that the expression of P53 protein may be associated the development of left ventricle hypertrophy in hypertensive patients. |
