氟中毒对大鼠血流动力学的影响

摘    要:目的 观察氟中毒对大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法 用MS3 0 2生物信号记录分析系统记录氟中毒大鼠血流动力学参数的变化。结果 与对照组大鼠相比 ,高氟组大鼠心率 (HR)极显著减慢 (P <0 .0 1) ,冠脉流量 (CF)显著减小 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,左心室内压 (LVP)和左心室舒张期末压 (LVEDP)均极显著升高 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 氟中毒对大鼠心功能有明显的损伤作用

Abstract:Objective To investigate the influences of fluorosis on hemodynamics of rats. Methods The changes of hemodynamic parameters in rats were recorded by record and the analysis system of MS 302 biological signal. Results Compared with control, heart rate(HR) was slow very significantly (P<0.01), coronary flow(CF) was markable decreased (P<0.01), left ventricular developed pressure(LVP) and left ventricular end developed pressure(LVEDP) were risen significantly in high F groups(P<0.05).Conclusions These results suggest that Flurosis have marked impairment on heart function of rats.
