孟鲁司特钠治疗儿童哮喘的临床症状和肺功能评估

目的观察孟鲁司特钠对哮喘儿童的临床症状以及肺功能改变的影响。方法收集2010年1月~2013年12月我院哮喘专科门诊支气管哮喘急性发作的患儿共450例,随机分为治疗组(加用孟鲁司特钠)和对照组,观察患儿治疗前、治疗后、治疗3个月及停药3个月(即6个月)时的日间和夜间临床症状及测定患儿的肺功能(用力肺活量、最大吸气后用力快速呼气1秒用力呼气量、呼气峰流速)。结果治疗前两组患儿日间哮喘症状评分、夜间哮喘症状评分、肺功能(用力肺活量、最大吸气后用力快速呼气1秒用力呼气量、呼气峰流速)无显著差别(P0.05),治疗后、3个月、6个月时治疗组患儿的日间哮喘症状评分、夜间哮喘症状评分降低,肺功能(用力肺活量、最大吸气后用力快速呼气1秒用力呼气量、呼气峰流速)较对照组改善,两组比较均有统计学差异(P0.05),且治疗组3个月后患儿哮喘的临床控制率、显效比例,较对照组增加,差异有统计学差异(P0.05),治疗有效率对照组为(76.92%),治疗组为(91.32%),两组间差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论孟鲁司特钠不仅能控制哮喘临床症状,还能改善肺功能。

Clinical outcomes and pulmonary function assessment of montelukast in the treatment of children with asth-ma

Objective To assess the clinic symptoms and the pulmonary function of asthmatic children re-ceiving montelukast. Methods 450 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was additionally given montelukast. Their clinical manifestation and lung function were monitored be-fore and after therapy, and 3 and 6 months after the treatment. Results The two groups had no significant difference in daytime asthma symptom scores, nocturnal asthma symptom scores and lung functions such as forced volume capac-ity, forced expiratory volume in first second and peak expiratory flow before treatment between the two groups ( P>0. 05). However, at the time point of after therapy, 3 and 6 months after the treatment, all of these evaluation indi-cators were improved in the treatment group (P<0. 05). 3 months after the treatment, the clinical control and effec-tive rate was obviously higher in the treatment group than in the control group. The treatment efficiency of the control group and the treatment group was 76. 92% and 91. 32% respectively (P<0. 05). Conclusion The results reveals that the use of montelukast in children with asthma can control the clinical symptoms and improve their pulmonary function.
