| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨护理质量管理的科学有效方法。方法：全面收集护理工作质量资料．开展科室和护理部月护理质量讲评。结果：通过月护理质量讲评会，使护理质量管理收到了良好效果。结论：月质量讲评对护理质量起到良好的控制作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To probe into scientific and efficient management ways of nursig quality.Methods To collect the data of nursing quality comprehensively,to develop the appraisement of nursing quality between the whole department and nursing department monthly.Result To make the management of nursing quality obtain significant effect through the appraisement meeting of nursing quality monthly.Conclusion Monthly qualty appraisement can control nursing quality effectively. |
