医教协同下的临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量评价指标体系构建探讨

目的构建用于评价临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量的指标体系,为临床专硕人才培养及考核评价提供测量工具.方法通过文献研究法及Delphi法确定临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养质量评价指标体系的各项指标.结果构建了临床医学专业学位研究生培养质量评价指标体系,包括6个一级指标,即生源质量、导师指导质量、课程设置质量、临床实践教学质量、论文成果、社会评价,18个二级指标、58个三级指标.两轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%,专家判断依据系数Ca为0.76,熟悉程度系数Cs为0.89,权威程度系数Cr为0.83,两轮专家意见的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.234、0.457.结论构建临床专硕研究生培养质量评价指标体系是学校提高临床医学专业学位硕士研究生培养质量的有效途径.

Construction of evaluation index system of postgraduate training quality in clinical medicine in the context of coordinated medical education

Objective To establish an index system to evaluate the quality of postgraduate education in clinical medicine,and to provide measurement tools for the assessment of postgraduate training in clinical medicine.Methods Methods of literature research and Delphi were used to establish various indexes of the evaluation system of the quality of postgraduate training in clinical medicine.Results An evaluation index system of postgraduate training quality in clinical medicine was established,including six firstlevel indexes:quality of students,quality of tutor instruction,quality of curriculum,teaching quality of clinical practice,number of papers published,social evaluation;and 18 second-level indexes and 58 third-level indexes.The response rate of the two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaire was 100%,the coefficient Ca of expert judgment was 0.76,the coefficient of familiarity Cs was 0.89,the coefficient of authority Cr was 0.83,and the Kendall coordination coefficient of the two rounds of expert inquiry questionnaire was 0.234 and 0.457,respectively.Conclusion The evaluation index system of postgraduate training quality in clinical medicine constructed in this study can provide reference for the improvement of the quality of clinical postgraduate education.
